There seems to be a certain range of ships that gets stuck when undocking from Freeport 4.
Mining ships are the most common victim, but larger ships like the Zephyrs don't seems to be affected.

Freeport Whatever-the-one-in-Delta-is will sometimes eat transports.

Mining ships are a lot higher (taller) then the Zephyr class. Wider too, at the nose - suggest the transport class docking points for that class of station are moved upwards a bit to prevent bumping the station with the bottom of the model.
Another station that comes to mind for -all- ships undocking is Narita Outpost (New Tokyo). One of the docking exit lanes leads straight into the spires of that station and causes you to literally become embedded in one. Shasta has the same problem I believe - it's an issue with compound stations where added parts are put in the way of the docking paths. Really a bug of the compound shape rather then model itself. In both cases this could be solved by removing the offending spires.
On occasion a transport will get stuck while undocking from South Shields (Newcastle) as well.

The one I can remember: Large ships get stuck inside Barrier Gate Station in Coronado when un-docking.
I will keep this thread in mind and post more as I find them.
