Born on Planet Manhattan, Neil Caffrey was a very talented young man who strove to excell from an early age. A brilliant student, Neil was accepted accepted into the prestegious Long Island University where he majored in applied business technoologies. Howver, rather than enter the business world, Neil chose instead to enlist in the Liberty Navy when the war broke out with rheinland and saw combat in both Bering and Hamburg. Two years after he joined, he was wounded in a battle near the Texas Jumpgate when his fighter ran into heavy flak and transferred to the New Tokyo Institute for Emergency Medicine for treatment. While there, Neil attended the NTI's school of economics and earned his Master's Degree in Macroeconomics and served out the reminder of his time in the Liberty Navy commanding the Liberty Embassy's security detachment. After serving his tour, Neil was recruited into Interspace Commerce to head their newly formed Kusari Branch. He is currently responsible for managing Interspace's actions in Kusari from his office on Rappongi Station.

Brief Biography:

Kento is a former pilot in the Kusari Naval Forces, serving with distinction against the outcasts and golden chrysanthymum raids from Tau-23 and Kyushu. Kento also served as the watch officer during the time that Neil Caffrey was recovering in New Tokyo, and the two built an enduring friendship during that time, After Neil returned to Liberty, Kento joined the war effort against Bretonia, but later left the KNF do to personal differneces with the treatment of BAF POW's and the civilian population on Leeds by the KNF. He recruited into Interspace shortly after the Kusari branch opened to skipper Caffrey's flagship, the IC|Yokohama. As Caffrey's skipper, as well as being his right hand man, he often IC vessels while in Kusari and fulfills personal missions for Neil throughout Sirius.
