Igiss has a point, he did mention in another post that some of the -=?=- were IG members.

It was minem (I think) who spoke to me about starting another clan. Dirt Diggler was on about a week ago in Omicron Delta, I know because bandersnatch was fighting him with minem watching.

Do we give them a week or so to answer then decide want happens?

so why not just remove the clan things so new ppl dont get confused

But isnt it rash to kick both clans just because of 1-2 weeks absence ?! I think we should give them a time of 3-7 days and if they even THEN dont appear i think the -=?=-'s and IG's can be deleted without minding anything later ..

2. Faction Rules

2.1 No characters are allowed to join more than 1 faction.

2.2 New factions must have at least three active members with different accounts. If a faction has only one or two members, its status is changed to suspended. Suspended faction has 1 week to regain lost numbers, otherwise its existence comes to an end.

2.3 Complete list of members for each faction will be posted on Discovery forums for reference.

2.4 Complete list of claimed systems for each faction will be posted on Discovery forums for reference.

2.5 Faction members have a right to tax other characters that appear in systems they claimed; character who refuses to pay may be attacked. Characters of level 24 or lower are not subject for taxation.

2.6 Three basic types of diplomatic relations between factions are neutral, allied and hostile. New factions are neutral by default. Allied factions are obliged to help allies in case of war; if the faction is allied to two factions hostile towards each other, the faction must choose side or declare itself neutral.

2.7 Hostile factions are factions in state of war.

2.8 Factions are free to set their own rules of allowing characters of other factions into their territory. Other players are free to follow these rules or violate them. Violating of any rules imposed by factions is not equal to violation of server rules. Punishments for violating faction rules may only be imposed by other players and only in-game.

hmm ..
.. but perhaps some of them are just busy in their reallife and cause of this kicking somebody isnt ok - my mention.

But otherwise the rules show clear that the clans should be deleted now .. I personally wouldnt delete them now, but i dont have the autority to say anything like that - so do whatever you think is right ;)

Its one thing not to be on the server for a while, but they haven't even made an attempt to be aware of events on the forum either (at least that's what we're lead to believe). Igiss or someone else should check the last time a -=?=- or IG character signed into the forum. If none of their members have been on the forum for two-weeks, I would agree that they're officially dead.
