So you really might as well move to the Maquis ID, you'd be able to do everything as you do now, and you'd be more suitably fitted with your pro-Democracy ideals.

No?

You clearly fit the Maquis more, with ideals and attacking and such, WITH piracy. The Brigands don't really do the anti-crown stuff. They're like the LR.

A matter of interpretation, maybe he was just sugarcoating the fact that they're pirates and thiefs and so on.

1. Of course we hate the Royals. We're hostile to each other for a reason. But we do not attack them openly without a good reason, as it would be a waste to do so.

2. Every legionnaire has his own ideology, apart from the rules of the Legion. If there's someone who may have a similiar opinion to that of the maquis, it's his own opinion, not that of LE.

3. LE is not LR. Maybe there a small few similarities (which I fail to see for the most part), but that's it. I mean, why should there be 2 factions that are "the same", just with a different name and different location? Where's the originality?

I do believe it was in their Faction Creation request post. As in it was part of their creation request and was granted as part of their becoming official.

Not to mention SRP's haven't been visible in quite some time, even before they were closed.

Their original post stated that they were going to try to srp one. If it's not posted it's not approved.

I mean, hell, by that logic the GMS gets an Osiris.

Unfortunately, even though SRPs are closed, Disco must keep rolling. Sometimes facttions need something, and SRPs are sometimes one of these things. Oh, and stop acting as if we're the first one to get one. Note: LPI Battleship. Oh, and I think the GRP may have had one.
And yeah. If the Order asks the admins to give the GMS an osiris, congrats. Enjoy your osiris.

Oh and I almost forgot.

I think the point is, there are plenty of other people who have just as much right to an SRP as the LE does and people want to know why the LE got special treatment. Not whether you deserved it or not.

Which brings us to their question. Was it in your creation request? Or did it merely state you wanted to SRP one. If it wasn't or it stated you wanted to SRP one, was the SRP ever posted? By whom? All that good jazz. No one is faulting you for getting it, they want to know the circumstances in which you got it.

Yeeeeeeah. I don't think anyone really cares that you have it. You guys are obviously on your own program and feel very strongly that the best way to represent the local rogues is by being the Maquis who also pirate. What we wanna know is where it's (the battleship bit) posted and how you went about getting it.

If you just decided to buy one and say flip off to whatever system governs such things then fine and dandy. You'll deal with that when you're made to deal with it I suppose.

Kudos for the hyper defensive posturing though?
