Faction notice: Faction looking for new leader

Im happy that some people are concidering of signing up.
Yes the Volksfront has big activity and member problems. Problems what i simply cant solve. We have tried some things already...Getting better weapons, better ships, but it didnt help us. We tried to change our RP a bit, but that failed aswell.
That is the new leader task: Attract new people to join up
With the current status we wont keep our official status.

Back in the days I when I was looking for a revolutionary faction and I looked at your recruitment and I saw you are quite nitpicky towards new members considering you were barely active, has that changed?

I was/am leading it for already more than one year. I dont have much time for FL in general nor to lead a faction what needs much time to put into. And also I'm really tired of trying to get the faction more active.

That were propably the times before I was the leader and might in the times when the faction was still running. We are accepting anyone who has some clue about Rheinland RP and is willing to fly around and RP

You don't get new members cause you never show up online. How can someone by attracted to play with you if you never play.

That being said, If you manage to choose new leader who is there with a motive (or keep the old one who lost motivation but knows a lot about faction) , I would be happy to join.

Of course we do need new members and this is the point where i failed being a leader. Its the task of the leader to make sure that the faction is running and that its attracting new and new people.
