Is a complete list of faction members required?

With regards to point 2, I assume "Keep it brief" means not including several extensive paragraphs about a Faction's history, as are currently present in several factions' posts.

Short? Try to narrow it down to three main points. Maybe long, medium and short term goals. 100 words ought to do it.
