I'd say higher refire = more expensive. Does not apply for Nomad guns.
Also the efficiency (As far as I know BLUE BLAZEs are the most efficient codes - 1230 damage with 230 energy drain) should play an important role.
Codes should be around 3 mill... cheapest one 1,5 mill and the most expensive one 5 mill. Nomad cannons have to be 1,5 mill and Nomad blasters 2,5 mill.
Have to check all the guns' stats before making any final decision...
It depends on the code. Depends on how hard they are to get to. I personally think you should sell for more if someone practically LIVES next to the wreck, and never touches it. But thats not how you make money, right? Like those 3 in Wild Guard space...Sell for a bit more don't you think? Like running from a tornado, going through there, and in a fighter no less...But I did it. Hoo Hah!:yahoo:
While being quite funny, your sig was the biggest one i've ever seen so far. No more than 700x250 please. ~utrack http://pastebin.com/SYQXBufs
I think 5 million is a bargain for a code depending on the case. I've paid that with a smile on my face in certain cases and wouldn't pay that for some others. I've paid as high as 20 million for a piece of SOLARIS when they were that good, now they are almost worthless pieces of jewelry.
I agree with Xoria, skyrocket your prices until you reach peak. And that's within RP and prevent code abusing (not that I can really say anything in the matter).
I'd also like to contact you in the future for a possible RP event I'm planning for an arms dealer character I've got. I'll try and contact you in the future with it, or if you're interested PM me and I'll tell you the details.
EDIT: Also, a good way to establish the price for a codename is convert the time you spend going for it with whatever profit you'd get spending that time trading. Then you put into account something else for the pilot's trouble and frustration passing through the guarded systems and the repair costs. Then you have a fair price for each.
I'd charge around 8 - 10 mil for the good codes (such as TWILIGHT, ARCHANGEL, BLUEBLAZE etc), and around 3-5 for the worse ones (such as BLOODSTONE, JADE etc)
Nomad guns should be on sale for between 500k and 2 million credits.
The prices of these guns (or rather, what people are willing to pay for them) has gone up by around 1000 % (looks at the armoury characters...) so charging 400% more than their price in 4.81 is a bargain.

So supernova and mini will be for free :)

Otherwise I agree with McNeo 10 for the best ones... 3-5 for the worse ones.
(not 60!!! like that greedy you-know-who !!!)
I would agree that you should not sell Nomad guns... people should get them themselves.... and having many living guns in your hold might result in your ships getting overtaken by them:)
EDIT:@cmfalconer
Spatial is just about the worst ship you can use for a job like that.... it has a lot of bots/bats... but it so BIG and flies like a brick.
Use and agile VHF (like an Eagle) or a very agile LF (Tigershark/Arrow) and it suddenly becomes much easier,
Igiss says: Martin, you give them a finger, they bite off your arm.
Yeah, I agree about the Wild Guard ones, and even the Nomad Guard ones as well. I took my Spatial on a mission to get them, with a full bot/bat loadout, and dodging for my life I barely made it out of there with about 50bots left. Got'em all though. That was the most excitement I've had on Disco in a while.
I wouldn't sell one of them for less than 10m. But for things like Jade's and Onyx, 2m maybe.
That's pretty much what I was thinking, I planned on charging 5 mil for the majority of them and maybe 10 for a couple and 2 for the really common ones.
As far as getting the codies from Wild guard systems, I've done it in a number of different ships (Huge and Small) and the best bet is a somewhat agile VHF.
