How did you try to contact me? You knew I was expecting you. And there was nothing to suggest you even entered the building. You didn't provide me with your address - if so where? or any other way to contact you. Where? Tell me where you put it? Well the Navy has their own thing. Which is why I requested an personal interview. And yeah we are here. So who's going to call the judge?

You taught law school? Then you would know that any violation of my client's rights or physical being is grounds for a civil matter, regardless of the criminal aspects of the action.

It would be better for you to have written "Claim against Civil Rights" at least that would have flown further than what you decided. You cannot have a criminal claim that has not gone to trial added to a civil suit designed to merit the verdict of that criminal case. They are separate. There is no "Attempted Murder" in civil court. If you discard the clause 1 you might have a chance at getting this claim heard. Also you cannot combine separate events against your clients each one must be tried separately.

So if you want me out of your hair for this complaint proceeding you can remove claim 1 and separate the claim against the LSF agents. And I'll show up for that case. And leave this one to the Navy to take over.

Agent Hansen,
I try to reach You in space, I spoke with some other LSF Agents in space.
I left You a note in the office:
' Wrote:I'll stay on Lucky Star Hostel on Manhatan in NY.
and last in 04.05:
' Wrote:What more info You need Agent Hansen?

Not my fault that You do not recive any info,
Becouse I went to LSF office everyday.

*turn back

Ok, lest wait for a Judge.

That was in your CC transmission I meant sending me a private message and there was no way you can contact me...in space, assuming you mean on patrol, as I haven't been on patrol for months. And another LSF agent - who? You have to get this data because it doesn't help to have holes in your statements. Tell me which days and who you talked to so I can find out exactly why I didn't get ANY of the information you said you gave.

Yeah well I thought someone was going to open the door to the Judges chamber...but...it...closed quickly. *shrugs*

****INCOMING TRANSMISSION****

COMM ID: [color=#99FFFF]Fleet Admiral David Hale
TARGET ID: To all at this legal proceeding
SUBJECT: Useless
ENCRYPTION: Low
PRIORITY: Public

Hale here.

Admiral Jack Malrone is under no legal obligation to answer for the actions of secondary fleet officers in a court of law, nor will he. The primary fleet will not, under any circumstances, pay compensation to an individual for the actions of a secondary fleet officer. We are not legally responsible for them.

Furthermore, why are these court proceedings seemingly governed by the prosecution lawyer as opposed to a judge?

Hale out.

AH! Hale! Could have transfered that to the computers in the desk not over the Court Room Channel. Anyway if the Navy Secondary Fleet will not be present for this, nor will a Judge be present, I think it's a clear indication that this isn't going anywhere any time soon. So retry and do the paper work properly or your 'punitive damages will leave you bankrupt.

Liberty Supreme Court

Madison Square
Long Island District
Manhattan City
Planet Manhattan, New York
LIBERTY

Mr Nuuskamuikkunen

The Supreme Court has viewed and discussed the matter regarding Anomander vs Liberty Police Incorporated, Liberty Navy, and Liberty Security Force.

We have found insubstantial grounds to warrant a Supreme Court case, and also concluded that you have inconsequentially wasted valuable police and military time. You were found F.U.I of a military grade vessel, and subsequently found as a risk to public safety. Refusal to comply with Ma'am Caitlyn Wrights demands further indicated your lack of willingness to co-operate with Liberty officials. To try and bring this to the courts to try to find alternative means to get compensation for your loss due to your own actions is not only a waste of resources, time and patience, is also bringing more unwanted attention upon yourself. Therefore your non-compliance in the first place put yourself at risk, the Government will not accept any responsibility regarding our security and military force decision to deem you hostile. They are chosen and employed to serve our House, and they did their job well in this instance.

For the waste of time, the Supreme Court orders Mr Nuuskamuikkunen to pay in full:
  • One Million Sirius Credits ($1,000,000sc) for Court costs
  • Five Hundred Thousand ($500,000sc) for Flying Whilst Intoxicated
  • Five Hundred Thousand ($500,000) for Failure to yeild for an Officer of the Law
I do not wish to see another report regarding this matter across my desk again. Consider yourself let off easily, as your actions are bordering criminal.

The following fine/s are for Mr Nuuskamuikkunen self-proclaimed solicitor:
  • One Million, Five Hundred Thousand ($1,500,000) for hacking Legal Proceedings Channel without proper Authorization.
All fines to be paid within Forty Eight (48) hours of this transmission. Failure to comply will result in your transmission sources placed upon our terrorist watch list. It is strongly advised you pay the fines.

Fines are payable to Ferris.Dufresne, and reply in this channel the evidence of you doing so.

This case is now closed.

Regards,

Honorable Fredd Durst
Chief Justice
Manhattan
New York

Well that's that the court as spoken. If your lawyer was more punctual about bringing this case and that if you consulted him sooner perhaps a chance. But for your sake I would suggest you still come in and talk to me about some matters that were not addressed in this proceeding. There are risks that I have noticed and I believe you're involved with it.

*Puts jacket on and steps out side. And changed his tie randomly*

Oh and do try to stay out of trouble.
