The issue was bound to come back anyway. When things don't get resolved to *EVERYBODYS SATISFACTION* it tends to come back.

The Phantom's are enemies of humanity, yes, but that does not mean they AREN'T pirates. Corsairs have killed many random military convoys, etc. The only reason they haven't flown a BS into a planet, is they don't have enough people to send them on major suicide missions. And as for the destruction of New London, well.... That's all your fault. That would not have happened if you hadn't decided to start hunting Phantoms and killing them near there.

I'm sure DarkStar would have aimed for Malta if the Outcasts weren't a pirate faction that we need around at least for a short time.

Stop dancing around the issue, Dab.

1) Phatoms are considered HOSTILE to everyone.

2) AW has not formally declared war on Phatoms... not that i'm aware of anyway.

and 3) Pirates.. Terrorists.. there's no real difference as far as reputations are concerned.

You can't kick people out of a system unless you are actively AT WAR with said faction, and I don't see any declaration of war anywhere...
