EDIT: House civilian is not for only ships, only Freighter and Transports. for example: Tiger Shark is NOT Rheinland civilian tech, but sirus wide civilian tech, unless admins put it under the "exceptions" area thingy. The only technology that have civilian guns for that very house is Gallia since it was cut off the other houses and have its own mechanism thingy.

I could have sworn I read just the opposite in another thread on here, and it was said the tiger shark can only be used in Rheinland space predominantly, by a Rheinland civilian...

They are not, go to the Tech chart, read the title: Civilian House Tech here indicates freighters and transports.

The Tiger Shark rather explicitly states that it's "Rheinland Civilian"--ergo, it is Rheinland Civilian. There was a thread on this not long ago.
If something explicitly states what it is, then that's what it is.
Your claim that civilian house tech is strictly ONLY freighters and transports is patently false--look at the KuEx. It's a gunboat, and it's Kusari Civilian.

I think the KuEx is the lone exception due to being the only GB available to for independents.
I can't think of any other ship which would be excluded from the rule above.
