RepEx might not be the best for it. RM or corsairs would be better probably.

There already is a timeslot with RM, so that leaves Corsairs.

Yup. Omega 5 would be the best place to have it. There's a physical ring around the middle of the system, and there's a Hessian base on one side and a Corsair one on the opposite. Perfect.
