Not very hard, just need the PSDs to do some proper cutting.
I didn't have the time nor the inspiration to come up with something original, so sorry for that.

The same way as current siggy have - just instead strips there will be grid...

You do not need an PSD to cut picture in pieces:P

No, but it's still easier when you have the layers.
