I voted No because I think a ban is a bit harsh. I think we try to impose too many rules on the server, so as long as Dab isn't cheating, swearing, or doing something very unsportsmanlike (e.g. 'dock raping' (what a horrible term!)), I think a warning should be OK.

I do though think that Dabs use of the reputation system is a bit questionable as is the use of switching between characters to take revenge. But I don't think that deserves a ban.

You can't compromise and "forget" about incidents like this, Dab. Reality does not work this way.

The way I see it, you're attacking, repeatedly attacking players, asking them to leave a system for whatever reason. We no longer use System Claiming rules. Sphere of Influence rules are what we use, and since Gamma is a CORSAIR System, AW has no real authority there.

I'm tired of this "compromise" talk, Dab. Your actions are questionable at best. You talk compromise, but you do an entirely different thing in game, and a lot of people will vouch for that. You've been digging this grave for going on 2 weeks now, man. Stop it now.

I've not voted cause I'd rather not allow my personal feelings get into this. It's Igiss' call.

Personally, I'd go for the "Remove Gamma from AW" to end this bullsh*t, but I question wheither it's enough of not.

HOW far this goes is entirely up to you, Dab. You've gone well past PvP to Player Harrassment. You cannot argue this without admitting it.

For the time being, Players are allowed in Gamma, but I'm gonna consider enacting a No PvP zone in Gamma until this is resolved.

Yes Dab you are right about that. You arent the only one being rude, but you are being the RUDEIST!

I DONT want this to turn into Clanwars, there is a game called GUILDWARS where dab would be welcomed, they incorage raving lunitics.

I say we Reset all teratory and limit the system onage to ONE and the influence to TWO. It seems crudes yes but it worked on HA5, Darkmoon 'if he ever comes on' Can vouch. We never had any major arguements. Even ask virus.

You know.... The BEST and the BIGGEST clan on HA5 only had two systems. They fought for fourteen days straight basically to get them. Yes, that's right... FOURTEEN days.

I don't see why we need more than one to two systems(other than for house factions).

I believe it is high time something is done. I have voted yes. I have spoke to over five different people/ heard from five different people, all of whom have wanted to leave this server in disgust. Dab is giving the fine work, done by Igiss, Wolfpack, Angel and all who play/ assist this server in running properly a bad name. I do not with him to be banned for personal reasons, I have never even come into HUD range of him, but I feel the need to support others.

Dab, I think the problem here is you were being too aggressive in your roleplaying. Yes, its good for the game to have PvP and try to pick a fight, but sometimes people just want to do their own thing (especially if they've already fought you several times during the week already) and sometimes its necessary to give them some breathing space, even if they're in your system and hostile towards you.

I refuse to vote on the issue, I haven't played Dab enough to know his style and personality. But it is clear to me Dab, that alot of people here have issues with you and that's something that you need to address either by becoming less aggressive or finding a server that is better suited to your play style.

I am still going to attack Phantoms. They are hostile to AW. Now fine if you want to be left alone just say STOP. But Damned or Kane never said that Monday (or was it tuesday?). So I assumed they were fine with having a fight. Don't say I was harrassing when BOTH people were attacking each other. Notice how after Damned left and went to Theta after the battle I didn't follow him. I left him alone.

Theta is YOUR home system and the ONLY system that you have "control" of. That would be the ONE place you can kick him out of.
