Have a look at the case and see if you have extra vents.

Most of the time, these vents also have mounting holes for aftermarket fans.

As I have already stated, I have mounted two extra fans drawing air from inside the case.

Right now my CPU runs at about 46' C, according to 'Speccy'.

An extra fan to increase airflow in the case probably won't hurt.

The other thing you can try, is to remove the 'slot covers' from the back of the case.

If it doesn't make any difference, put them back.

buy a fan whit 15cm wing. And just put it on 45 angle in cpu face. All solved.even dust?!

Well I have 15cm fan outside but its doing just about 2-3 degrees difference. I have reassembled the fan itself and now im running on comfortable 50 when idle and about 65-69 when full. Problem solved.

Appreciate the effort thoug folks!
