I have been thinkning about this march, and my final ideas are these; we will assemble in Conneticut where all weapons and shields will be handed over to a third party for safe keeping, as was mentioned we will be unarmed and unshlelded, we will commence our march from the Conneticut Jumphole via cruise mode to Manhattan where we will set up poitions around the trade alnes and docking ports of both Newark and Manhattan, this will cause maximum disruption, we will state our demands that Liberty's laws be returned to the populace. Given that Admiral Kress has already overturned the mercenary ban, it can be assumed that a little pressure may cause his yellow streak to glow and our demands will be met. I am open to suggestions on when this march should go ahead.

Mister Reynolds,

It has come to my attention that there will be a large scale peaceful march on Planet Manhattan in coming days. I am the owner of a large commercial trading vessel, an advanced train in fact. I would be willing to use my train to block trade lanes in the New York system on the day that you have proposed. According to my tests, my ship can effectively block a minimum of two rings at the same time, or fully blockade the Docking Moor.

We cannot allow this police state like state of mind that the government of Liberty has begun to enforce. This is bad for all of Sirius, even Liberty's enemies, as people are beginning to flee from their homes there to other places, bringing disease and poverty. Liberty is also going to be greatly affected with this continued ban on trade there, and so they will soon have no choice but to remove the current oppressive laws and draft new ones to take their place.

I thank you for your dedication to the people of Liberty, and hope all goes well on this march.

This is general Isabelle Kaitlynn, Liberty 106th Battle group. This manifestation concerns the Liberty government: is it my understanding you intend to disrupt the trade lanes to do your manifestation?

Be aware protestations are allowed in Liberty as we promote freedom of speech, but know that disrupting civile order can be faced with serious charges. Should we find manifestants blocking trade lanes, you will need to comply to the orders of the Liberty authority.
In a worse case scenario, I am afraid we will need to attack your vessels with our newest EMP disruption missiles, then remove you off the place with a Heavy Lifter. After what, expect to be boarded, and put under arrest.

We welcome you to do protestation, but please be aware we are concerned about the civil order we are charged to protect.

Good day citizens, while your peaceful protests will not be stopped, beware that the LPI will still be doing our jobs, and that is keeping liberty safe. If you block tradelanes or docking rings, expect us to take action, as these actions can threaten the lives of anyone passing by. Any ships found to be threatening public safety will have their crew arrested and the ship impounded, pending fines/court dates.

If the protests begin to become violent, we are more the prepared to take action in crowd suppression.

Remember keep things peaceful and safe. For those not involved in the protests, I personally suggest giving them a wide berth, and to be assured, that the LPI will keep public safety in mind.

I am shipping gold (and other resources) to Manhattan in large quantities and the enormous military build up worries me to say the least.
