3. Our Diplomats can talk to a wide variety of other factions as Newark seems to be the Hub of activity.

May I remind all Bounty hunters that they must ask permission to attack a target from a Liberty officer. Bounty hunters Are NOT permitted to scan and halt traders for contraband in the Liberty Government territory. If they don't comply with this order they will be asked to leave Liberty. Bounty hunters as well as independents lawful pilot must obey the Authority in place in Liberty.

Banks and weapon storage are already registered to the liberty government (see Nomad licensure). They don't have to register themselves here.

Bounty hunters and independent are not allowed to operate in Liberty with enemy's technology. Rheinland, Kusari and pirates are on unfriendly terms with the Liberty Government. Therefore, the concerned pilots must change their ship to operate in Liberty.

To all those flying ships unauthorized in our space that doesn't want to sell it:
If you can at least provide a decent RP to explain that you are not a spy from an enemy (an original way to do that is by posting pictures of you assisting us, or killing a pirate, etc), and how you managed to get your hands on that ship. (That btw isn't really hard to explain,,, but If you dare to say ''I stole it'' I will send a smelly sock at your door:P)

"Just writing to say that this is a sham.

Last night I was on my way to Manhatten to get rid of some Nomad guns I had aquired when I saw that 2 LSF ships were destroyed by a ConManSam. Interested I started pushing the engine. Then a Richard Woolsey was destroyed. If I am not mistaken that's the personal ship of the SA Fleet Admiral no?

So I got to Manhatten to find this ConManSam dueling with another SA officer. In my RHEINLAND Gunboat I engaged and assisted John in destroying the enemy ship. Heh, the SA did such a good job, he didn't even ask me to leave...

Later I was chatting with some citizens of Liberty (//lowlevel newbies//) when a Corsair tag/ID, Prefect Cruiser appeared and engaged me. There were SA in the system and LSF were off patroling Z21, yet I was forced to engage this cruiser by myself. I clearly told the SA where I was and asked for backup, yet no backup ever arrived. I managed to destroy the Corsair anyway.

The SA officer was muttering something about OOC but his comms were scrambled and I couldn't understand him.

If this is how Liberty defends her citizens, by forcing "unregistered" ships to risk themselves, their crews, and their ships to defend Liberty then what makes you think you have the authority to tell me where to go?

After I had done all this for my former homeland I am willing to bet that had the LSF come back and/or the SA officer grown a brain I would have still been asked to leave. Pathetic.

This, is an outright affront to the services I've rendered in assisting and protecting the citizens of liberty. At every turn, the SA and LSF have spat upon we bounty hunters, offering ridiculously subpar bounties, sometimes demeaning us publicly, and then requiring that we ask your permission to engage targets.

Now you want to tell us what ships we are and are not allowed to fly... as well as tax us for services that are non-existant?

Enough I say. More often than not, I've found myself acting as a stand in for your "fleets", where you were either unwilling or simply not present to engage pirate vessels. Did I do it for pay? Sometimes yes, more often for the simple fact that I will not stand by and watch innocent citizens be attacked and killed by pirate factions.

I refuse to pay any sort of tax, or recognize your "authority" until I have seen that you are worthy of both.

I urge all other members of the guild to do the same, this is criminal, and a bad indicator of the shape of things to come.
