Since when did such an alliance exist?

The logic of "the friend of my friend is also my friend" is never a certain fact. Consider that Bretonia takes military support from the Outcasts against Kusari; this does not mean that Bretonia has any love for the Lane Hackers, who have strong ties to the Outcasts.

(That alliance existed in single player. The Order and BD factions are attempting to revive it now).

Was it a full alliance between the Order and Blood Dragons or just an agreement between Hakkera and a small group of Blood Dragons over killing Tegaki(sp?)
Can't quite remember myself.

I basicaly think wiki is very well written and there is good reason to paint the Zoner-Order-picture as it is painted there.

Most of it is well written, but who put the "protect freeports at all costs", "Don't anger the Corsairs", and "dont engage bounty hunters unless required" there?

Thats something for the instructions in that faction thread, not something for the wiki.

Yeah this is something that a lot of people here dont understand.

The Blood Dragons, Bundschu, and Outcasts (remember the scene on Cali base with the red haired guy who is the first guy to tell them he works for the order?) were NOT allies of the Order in the SP.

They just had a few guys in them who also worked for the Order, and who arranged some "joint venture" missions for situations where the Order and their faction had a common interest.

But back to the original topic...

I think the Zoner-Order Alliance makes perfect sense in the Omicrons. The Order needs the Zoners to sustain itself, the Zoners need the Order for protection.

Order players should just remember that if they openly side with the Zoners and dock at their bases (talking about Freeport 1 and Bethlehem here) in front of other factions like RM, Liberty, Bretonia, they will probably do more harm to themselves and their ally than they do good by openly showing their alliance in front of those factions.

The Outcasts let the Order use their base in Sp it means they're allies omg.

First of all, your definition of metagaming is flawed at best. Metagaming is using your knowledge as a player to make your char know/do something that it shouldn't, not the player behind the char knowing something that his char shouldn't, regardless of whether or not he'll use that ooRP knowledge in his RP.

And then, I decided to simply ignore your QQ at first, but honestly, I'm gettin kinda tired of seeing you whinning about the same thing in every single thread I check. You might try to pretend it has nothing to do with this, but we all know you're just too butthurt that your Zoner Barge can't use Chugoku (Which is, like it or not, a Restricted space) as a shortcut for powertrading... Actually, too butthurt that you switch from your Barge to your OCV- every time you die and threaten the ones who have killed you in PM, and when that doesn't work, you bring it up in gazillion different forum threads.

Even the sole purpose of this thread is goin "Wiki says Order & Zoners are best buddies so Order shouldn't be friends with Dragons cause they shot my Zoner barge in Chugoku QQ". Disco diplomacy isn't black & white, which is something that people like you wouldn't understand. Just because faction X are a useful ally to Order, doesn't mean Order shouldn't start a relationship with faction Y who happens to be an enemy of faction X... Not to mention Dragons aren't even hostile to Zoners, they just don't trust them enough to let them fly their Barges right next to their home.

So yeah... Your desperate attempt to make Dragons & Order shoot each other won't go anywhere, cause after all, you think you're right only because your head's too far up your ass. Enjoy the taste.
