Looks like a dog's head to me. And the rear profile is too big. Make waran a huge ball with an engine in the rear and a snac in the front. Add the guns on top bottom left and right..

Honestly, I don't like it.

It looks like a Darth Vader helmet with two spines sticking out of it. I think the main problem is the spines. Makes it look weird/funny.

But don't feel discouraged, continue working, we need modelers for Discovery.

The Waran needs a replacement model, but something that is absolutely not like the model now and should be something more of what the other civie ships are like, instead of some ball of metal with some guns on it.
