Sadly enough but Football is becomming more and more of a Show. We can thank David Beckham and his stupid wife. They made a show about it. Almost no Player today can competete with Players like Maradona, Cryuff, Pele, Beckenbauer. They were the real Stars with the Spirit for the Game. Today it`s too much about money, big ego`s and the Hairstyle. :wacko:

When i have to choose my favourite players who are still active i would say Xavi and Iniesta. They are real Midfield strategians both in Barcelona and the National Team of Spain. Without them Spain wouldn`t have won the World Cup nor the European Championship.

in my opinion, i like a technique player very much like Ronaldinho,Zidane and many old players... Today there is only one rule for Forwards: Run and Run, faster you run, the most you score... And thats what i dont like in a new football.

Lionel andres messi is realy great player at the moment, and the whole Barcelona realy show us a SHOW...
But i realy get bored watching matches against Barca, becouse only barca has ball, only they shoot, ball control is always more than 65-70% and thats all, and almost always they win.
