I'd say you could use ships from Yokohama shipyard.. But not from Yukawa..
If you need to use capital ships at all, and I think you don't.
Especially not a Flagship.. Corporations don't use flagships..

Anyway, looks great. Your 'propaganda' that Unselie mentioned is, I hope, really propaganda.

You will need tons of credits for RP-ing Samura nicely. Don't let those credits get out of that faction.
You can use them for really good RP with KNF, Hogosha, and AFA.. Corruption is what they do.

About diplomacy, well, you should speak with Zelot about putting AFA to friendly at least.
Of course, it wouldn't be a wide spread knowledge, it would be a secret deal.
If anyone asks - deny it.

Also, I would expect some serious bounties on Kishiro tagged traders.. 'Secret' bounties.. You would deny that also.
Problem is, those Kishiro traders are mostly KNF.. So, I hope they won't get mad.:)It's after all only for RP!

This would be great, so much RP potential. You are going to have to take a look at how you want to deal with the AFA and BDS. I would say maybe not allied but probably friendly at least. And I must say the roster your boasting makes me sure all issues will be worked out. Can't wait.

Yep, if you have read some Samura rumors, we do have somewhat a connection with the Blood Dragons and Farmers.

Ahh.. well still, there are rumors on Samura supporting the Blood Dragons " Blood Dragons may be quite annoying, but they get the job done." May not be the exact wording from a Samura rumor, but its close enough to get the point out.

Because, it's common knowledge that Samura made Blood Dragons what they are..
I don't doubt Samura would like to use them for their goals, but Blood Dragons would never work for them.

The founding members of the group were the Shogun’s Royal Guard during the Hideyoshi family dynasty. In a bloody coup during the celebration of the revived Sakura festival in 321 AS, the Shogun was surrounded in the palace by Samura-backed elements of the military and asked to surrender, along with the Royal Guard. The Shogun, humiliated by the shame he had brought his family, committed suicide. The guards, headed by Kozue Okamura, did not acquiesce so easily. In a bloody battle, they fought their way out of the palace and retreated into the darkness of northern Kusari space.

It seems unbelievable to me that Blood Dragons would cooperate with Samura..

Interesting. And I think it means that Samura is playing the Blood Dragons, and the BD are unaware of their pawn status. I would like to see you guys put out LOTS of bounties, give all the BHG something legitimate to do, but make sure you specify they must be done in good faith (otherwise it hurts your image). As in, announce target before engaging, specify to target who sent the bounty, and don't fight LFs in caps. Stuff like that will not only control the BHG rampant over the place, but make you loved by literally everyone, EVEN the people you put bounties on (ooRP they'll love you at least).

Looks good here, but you should specify the ship list (I think Kusari transports consists of Bumblebee and... that's it), and stick to civilian guns. Mainly because there ARE no 'Samura' guns, but still. And DO NOT do the diamond run; it might be profitable (which is what you want), but it's whored like no other. Find something interesting.

And also the equipment list is good as well, we are allowed to use civilian weapons, and Kusari weapons, and we also will be having different trade routes along with some RP trade routes, since everyone knows the same route gets boring if you do it over and over, again and again.

All lawful transports includes Firefly (too smuggler-y), Bretonian Royal Liner (AAH), etc...

And specific ship lists don't hurt. I posted what I found in the readme, are "Big Dragon" and "Beetle" nicknames?
