I tried that on mine but the default fuel used was 1. Any lower than that, 0.5 for instance, will let you cloak and use no fuel whatsoever. So you can stay cloaked until you logoff or need to dock. Not good. Not good at all. Or at least I don't think it's good.
Using a value of 1 will let an eagle with a full fuel load stay cloaked for 60 seconds as the cloak takes 10 seconds to fully engage and you're using 1 unit of fuel per second during the entire time. And you have no shield while the cloak is engaging.

The reason why we changed the fuel and the amount it uses is because it is not really that much fun to use the cloaking device for 60 seconds and it takes 10 seconds cloak so now your down to 50 seconds but it dose use the fuel at 0.5 but uses it vary slowly but if you do cloak and log off it will take the fuel away after you logged off so you would have to buy more but as long as you stay logged in you can use the cloak for hours in till you log off.
Out of all the servers I visited the universal discovery is the only one that allow the cloaking device and can also request for a cloaking devices.
We updated our Rules of Conduct.
2.2 You can use any language in the system chat but must be understandable in any language you are talking in.
The reason why we changed the Rules of Conduct is because not every one knows english so we are not going to limit the system chat to only be english. If people are talking in another language and you don't want to read it just type /ignore <char> <i> and that will ignore that user in the system chat.
We are taking applications for at least two Guides and at least one Moderator. Both positions require mature, experienced players. Applicants can apply for both positions. Guides and Moderators may with time be considered for positions as full Admins.
Guides give advice to players and help them get started when necessary. The Guides will also help the Admins catch cheaters. Guides will have Admin powers and will not abuse those powers.
Moderators will help police the forums watching for any inappropriate posts. Of course, Moderators will have to ability to remove or edit any offending posts.
