Listing an entire faction's roster =/= a legal way to circumnavigate blanket bounty rules.

I think you'll find that the red flag will be raised for 'assassination' bounty lists above 4-5 people in a single faction.

List of factions who supply enemies of Gallia consists of all Sirius corporations. You may want to place a bounty on all of them but you will run out of money soon. :-)

I don't know whether to complain that my Congress ships weren't in the list or not. I mean, I have one ship that constantly mines scrap in Bretonia, and another that hauls goods through the region regularly. It's somewhat disappointing when so many of your fellow member's ships get bountied and you're left out, it makes one feel insignificant. :( On the other hand, maybe I'm just good at avoiding attention, who knows.

For the meat of it though, if you look at the Mollys diplomacy, the Congress is neutral, not friendly or allied. There are maybe four or five junker ID'd ships that service the Mollys regularly, but only one that I know of is Congress tagged.

What I'm saying is that the Mollys get their materials from many sources, and what is supplied by the Congress is an almost minuscule amount. Wherever you got the information that Congress supplies the Mollys with the bulk of their goods and that deterring them from doing so in the future would somehow undermine the Mollys, you are sadly mistaken.

Whatever you paid for that information, I strongly suggest demanding a refund.

Oh, and this, definitely this. :)

Blanket bounties can only be issued by official factions.

Also, listing the roster for the Junker Congress isn't the way to go about this rule.

You could have an official faction sponsor your bounty. I hear there's a place where people do this if you give them the money for it.
