They are simply against the war between Outcasts and Corsairs....and if you "ruin" that peace...they will kill you.

So you say that when we sit on our asses around Malta, and suprisingly see 30 ships consisting of Lolonial Republic, Council and RoS, means that we've attacked Corsairs? And what will happen to the RoS if the war just ended somehow?

Depends on many stuff...its really complicated...But if CR attacks Outcasts and Reapers are there aswell we will purge the Colonials and leave like good boys.
