Underpowered compared to the Praetorian? Isn't that one of the worst bombers available?

Yes, but the corsairs only have one bomber available and the outcast now have two, a light/medium and a medium one. It would be nice if each had its own distinctive characteristics*, and the Outcast could really find use for a heavy anti-cap bomber [especially now with random battleships from gallia turning up all over the place]. It would be unfair if both OC bombers outperformed the pretorian in a one-on-one, so thats why I thought it might be reasonable to let the falcata be slightly underpowered all in all compared to the praetorian.
EDIT: *As opposed to now where I fail to see any reason to choose the Falcata over the Cutlass, except for saving yourself a trip to the Omegas, where you arent supposed to be anyways, to buy the cutlass.
But the rest wonders if a heavy bomber would fit the outcasts. There's that famous line on the Sarissa infocard station "In outcast society each life is sacred". Easy targets wouldn't go along with that very well

Well it wont exactly be a weak bomber if the current armor stats are kept, but ideally it would be a full blown navy bomber, more than a pirate or "light skirmish" bomber, i.e. a bomber made for naval battles where you usually have gunships and fighters to protect the bombers from enemy snubs.
Again Outcast do have a really good shipline, so it is not like we desperately need a heavy bomber, it could just be a nice addition, instead of letting the Falcate grow obsolete.
The cutlass has never ceased to amaze me with its manuverability. Having flown a Falcata in the past, if the ship is anything like its 4.85 version today, I don't see any reason why I would choose the Falcata over the Cutlass.
As such, I would approve of this measure. Also, it sounds like the Pratorian needs a bit of a buff.

Honestly, there is no reason. Not one I found so far. Anyways how to summon "the powers that be" so we can get some input on whether or not this is a good idea, or if we should just let the falcata die slowly and quietly?
