I can't wait to see this in the paper, something about a triple lawsuit between Disco, a person called Exile and Micro$_$oft.

Power does not corrupt. Fear corrupts... perhaps the fear of a loss of power.

If any lore that's been written by Akura, myself or any other Aoi Iseijin member gets used without our permission, I'll consider it as a violation of copyright. Every member of the AI had to sign an agreement of faction ownership before joining in which they distance themselves of all material written, printed, illustrated, drawn or in any other form created with the purpose to be used in the Aoi Iseijin faction. Using any of this will be copyright infringement and a case for my lawyer.

If you wish to use our lore, images, or anything else that's connected to the Aoi Iseijin feel free to contact me on <strike>-------</strike>@hotmail.com

I have actually been thinking of beginning the Kusari Wild faction again. I've been working on several avenues of lore that would turn the new Aoi Iseijin into a working faction again, much along the lines of the Hellfire Legion: Primarily a combat faction but giving leeway to certain amounts of roleplay (to appease the masses).

All I'm lacking right now is support. I'm off to make my own thread about it.

EDIT: Clickie

Well Vlad Nail it.

Kudos to you, you were always nice in-game and it was always fun to shoot you/die from you.
I am really happy that you get over the Inferno Katanas with Nomad guns, really happy.

Good to see others taking an interest in this and hopefully it will be revived. But yes, please follow Akura's advice and stick with the RP.

Also, no Akura I don't think Exile was joking and if he now says he is it's cause he realized after the fact that what he said was dumb.

Those aren't the Bretonian Wild, they're to do with the Das Wilde. Wild who protect the Nomad City. The Bretonian Wild are very secretive.

Well, in one respect, Exile is correct.

If he printed something that was published for use, then he does own the copyright to those the published words - but not to the ideas therein contained.

Since this is basically fan fiction based upon something that is being used without permission - in other words, Freelancer - he's somewhere between a rock and a hard place. Did you publish and include a disclaimer with all of your written commentary that the ownership of the actual 'universe' that your fan fiction was based in was owned by Microsoft and that you had no actual claim to that 'universe'?

If not, then I suggest that you very quietly apologize for making a public ass of yourself on here - because you yourself have violated the copyright owned by Microsoft, and are subject to lawsuit at any time for using their copyrighted material without permission.

If so, I still suggest that you apologize for acting like an ass - because you still don't have a legal leg to stand upon because you're writings are still 'fan fiction' and while under fair use laws you can alter the universe slightly - you actually don't own squat.

And for what it's worth, my Nomad characters have been based out of Tekagi's Arch gathering humans that could be infected, so if you need some warm bodies to be infected in RP, I've captured probably 100 or more Kusari police and navy pilots and brought them back.

Blood Dragons once managed to make their way into the Arch, so the KNF could do this with even more ease :|

Especially what with Zelot and West's powergaming practices.

I once had a fun conversation with the Wilde from Rheinland, about the same time when Bretonia and Rheinland were having their little Omega 3/7 skirmish.

"Drop all your cargo, it's for the Bretonian Imperialists!" was about the most of it, of course my cargo was pharmaceuticals, so we had a discussion on who exactly the cargo was for and if I should pass with it or not. Wasn't really a discussion though, more me trying to convince them. They would have none of it, kept telling me to prove it was it to help people outside Bretonian influence instead of the Bretonian war machine itself.

Was quite fun, so I'm all for a Kusari Wilde faction to exist once again. Might have a reason to explore Kusari with my Junker as well.
