Catbert, thanks for the clarification. So I can use (not) pretty much anything and approved tech doesn't mean much since there is that power-plant reduction thingie. Quite depressing for independent players. There's no reward for countless hours of role-play. Nice.

Shushy appears to be dead, so you'll have to consult with his AI program installed into your Hibernation capsule's main computer.
Your ship Cores appear to have some issues due to lack of care. Recommendation: use of civilian versions of cores as replacements, combined with basic cannons.
New steering systems have been installed. If you prefer, your turrets can now aim automatically (//switch to turret view, steer with buttons, press CTRL+Sroll out to zoom out to max and you get NPC Aimbot).
Units information hasn't been damaged. It appears connections over open ports made it possible to use Military servers as backup devices. No combat information added yet. If you prefer, database renewal softwares are picking up some community of robots in Omicron Kappa with similar AI programs. They offer some decent vessels and standard targeting software.
It's funny... the other day I thought to myself, "I wonder where Joker is?", and bam, you're back again.
As to your questions, it seems they've been succinctly answered. Your opinions on certain matters mirror many others, but it's best not to comment on the tech situation too loudly. I suppose you could say that things are "up in the air" in that area.

Hold no grudge personally, just dont like cursing on the forums, whoever is doing it. That said, you should be able to get that stuff on Barrier Gate, no? If not, when I get home I will see what I can do.
