Just go into DATA\INTERFACE\INTRO\IMAGES and edit the following images: startupscreen.tga, starupscreen_16.bmp, startupscreen_1280.tga and startupscreen_1280_16.bmp. Fill them with black color and enjoy your anti-seizure black startup screens.
