+before last visit in NY we killed one Navy Cruiser i sayd him to leave sistem but he ignored me i ask that like 3 times and then he asnwear and he told okay leaving,then i was siting in Connecticut and i seen him in NY again..C'mon Libys make better RP.

Telling people to leave is plain rude. If they don't leave within 10 minutes, THEN you POLITELY request he leave as per the rules.

Or, be a nice guy and say "Hey, I don't mind if you stay in <insert system>."

But of course, who the hell is nice around here anymore?
