About pirating.. off course you can pirate in transports!!!! The pirate transport is actually made for that.
This whole idea was to find a fun way of making some cash, that has better RP than having independant traders giving all their cash to the outcasts.

We have recieved a lot of flak lately.
We probably should get out of Alpha a bit more. We are (in my eyes) the primary outcast raiding faction, the BLS deal with the smuggling and piracy, and the 101st are the homeland defense. We all have our specialist fields and we should all work together.
ps. It was fun nailing those SA and lsf boys at the cortez cali jg...

But we get out of Alpha more often than you would think, raiding and pirating in our areas of interest.
As for your smuggler, as long as you are transporting our Cardamine for us, we will let you pass and (me personally) be more inclined to be a bit nice to ya!

I hope you will not attack everybody who is moving through Alpha... this wasn't my intention and would be the end of food deliveries. But some raids on Corsair bases or some activity outside Alpha would be fun. Just an opinion... it's your faction.;)
We get out of Alpha quite a lot to be honest, but we have limited targets.
Kusari, rarely enough KNF online to make this a fair fight.
Bretonia, we have a non agression pact.
Liberty, well, we have a good reason to be going there, escorting smugglers abnd all that, but people sseem to get a bit arsey when we do...
Rhienland, we don't raid 'em, no need, very little interest there for us outcasts. Leave it to the hessians and bundschuh.
Corsairs, we raid them fairly regularly, and we have our friday night fight... :yahoo:
Ohhh yeh, and the IMG/=CR= well they can attest to what we did earlier, they stand in the way of one of our primary smuggling routes, they caught some nasty fire from our trade ships earlier.
If we spent all our time wandering around Sirius then you'd all get a bit annoyed with being swarmed with outcasts...

A bit more seriously... there are quite many KNF members now.... and coming to Kusari should not necessarily mean taking 6 ships in front of New Tokyo.
That I think is also the problem with you in Liberty. Sure you can actually have a squadron parked there and it will be ok.... but please not in New York... it's completely overcrowded.

we mostly never "park" in liberty so to speak mjolnir.
we usually always try to lure them in to the bad lands through the TL to that broken down research station.... i cant remember the name im sorry.
we run in fire off some fake info head to that base we all know but dont really know where it is... *cough*.
then we head to that section say we hitting the school... west point
everyone shouts BLAH BIG BAD PIRATES KILLING THE SCHOOL KIDS BLAH then we lure em back gently, into a slow demise of death. though i do admit we where forced to fight there the other day...... and then got dragged to the outside of manhattan for 5 min's.
but we dont exactly park as you put it hell if anything we dwindle the crowd away or get them RP'ing when we insult them with theyre soiled drawers and crazy people speak.:P

Never happened while I've been online... Infact I think the only time I've fought the KNF I was half asleep and got supernova'd by one of them while I just sat there. (Edit actualy I did once face you lot, might have been you Mjolnir, and some Black Dragon society guy in sigma 13 in my GB and I got pwned, Kudos)
I have NEVER fought outside Manhatten unless I was forced to.
And I have NEVER seen 6 RoS ships sat outside New Tokyo either.
If we go to New York it'll be for some reason, not just looking for a fight. Last time we were there it was to take part in an organised event taking down the Goliath (never showed), and most of the other times its been to run interferrence for cardi smugglers, just what an Outcast should be doing.
With "parking" I meant you can make one squadron (~4 ships) that is stationed in Liberty (in Cali, Magellan or Cortez)... since there are quite a lot of Outcasts NPCs there.
I would actually like that... but not in NY as I said...
