Talking of Valhalla Engineering, how canon is all that Valhalla One stuff? I can't for the life of me remember where it's from either.

I think it might be mentioned one or two times in game, but I can't remember.
It's very barely canon information.

It's taken from stuff written by the writer for the game (as Lokey-poo linked), but given a massive amount of that information isn't actually in the game, it's validity can be called into question.

Of course, that doesn't stop people using it as the holy bible of lore.
