doent molly id says they can ally with baf for defending country.
The enemy of my enemy is my friend. It is good but with respect to molly allying with grn they betreys thier own motherland. This is treason. Dont know how molly accepted this. Protesting oppressor/ smuggling/terrorist activities is one thing and allying with invading countries is different. They will loose public support.
Dont remember actually but i read somewhere that in this update molly are not much hostile to baf and they are helping each others with informations. The two new systems in bretornia actually found by mollies and they gave the location of the jump hole for refugee transfer.
' Wrote:Actually, being official or unofficial on this server does indeed matter.
Officials have more weight and can dictate faction role play to some degree. Notice the whole IC and Rheinland debacle.
Sometimes the officials are responsible for many things. CCCP bann was not for the the allience with corsairs but the effect of that. I have seen sudden increase in GRN| activity then. But after CCCP banned the GRN| went for long time sleep. And now whenever a thread comes out about the inactivty in gallia some logg in and do some ridiculous things(like NAP with mollies) and try to prove activity but dont wish to do something positive that would really help gallia.

Oh, right.
It's TOTALLY NOT RIDICULOUS TO GIVE DOCKING RIGHTS TO THE CORSAIRS IN GALLIC TAU REGIONS.
What's all this yelling about? It's happening. It's mainly RP which off of Gallia and the mollys agree with. If you happen to not like it, I suggest shooting the mollys and GRN if you dislike this so much.
At least before writing anything about "fu fu fu gallia & corsairs fu fu fu"
Especially this part:
Quote:Rumors are circulating that the Corsair Elders were aware of Gallia's existence long before 817 A.S. Unlike the Junkers, many Corsairs were actually inspired by the rumors, considering the alliance with Gallia the way to gain the upper hand in their long-term feud with the Outcasts, and to take the place that the Corsairs deserve among the other Sirius Houses. Much like Gallia, although in different circumstances, the Corsairs were betrayed and orphaned on their route to Sirius, and now they see a chance to gain as much power and wealth as any other House has had before. How can they pass it up?
However, even if the Corsairs were aware of Gallia's existence, does this truly mean that they can enter an alliance? Nowadays, when Gallia is accumulating its forces on the borders of Bretonia, the Corsairs in the Omega systems bordering with Bretonia are surprisingly inactive, with only minor developments taking place. Sources indicate that the Corsair military buildup in Omega-47 and Omega-49 continues, as Casablanca Base was captured by the Corsairs from the Hessians. The goals of Corsairs and their possible link to Gallia should become more clear as Gallia launches a full-scale offensive against Bretonia with its whole power.
It is likely that loose ties that existed between the Junkers and Corsairs in some parts of Rheinland and Bretonia could lead to certain agreements between high-ranking Corsairs and certain parties in Gallia, but it is doubtful that those ties are related to a possibility of military alliance. Of all Sirius nations, the Corsairs are the closest to Sol, binge able to provide access to areas essential for observing the Sol area. According to some sources, Gallia is interested in finding a way to Sol for reasons yet unknown. Corsairs could provide such opportunity, since Gallia is located two times farther from Sol than Omicron Gamma.
The front line in Omicron Eta remains relatively stable. Large forces of both Outcasts and Corsairs are present in the system, but there were no significant developments in the year 818 A.S., possibly with the exception that the Outcasts managed to build a base inside one of the hollows within the mine field, closing down one of the paths that Corsair raiders were using to attack Palermo.
Relative status-quo in the relations with the Outcasts may result in an attempt by the Corsairs to repeat the Rheinland invasion. The first attempt to put the 'Road into Rheinland' plan into action had failed earlier, but now the republic is weakened by the war with Liberty and will not be so well-prepared for invasion. Also, the seemingly calm Sigma sector is not at all prepared to counter potential advances of the Corsairs, who can gain strategic benefits from establishing their bases in Sigma-13, Frankfurt and/or Munich.
The Corsairs won a decisive victory in the war against the Red Hessians by re-capturing the long lost Casablanca Base. The base was heavily damaged in the process, yet it remains a valuable strategic point ensuring the safely of Corsair fleets that are going to be relocated to Omega-49 shortly.
So here is a dev wright up about how they see it. Some people should just stop being biased about Corsairs.
I haven't read much on this. Only this thread but it seems that people have suggested this is a NAP.
A NAP is a 'non aggression policy'. Not an 'ALLIANCE'.
That translates into 'we will not shoot you in specific areas but the gloves are off everywhere else'. At no point does that mean alliance.
I am surprised at this move as I can't see a way back for the Mollys re:diplomacy with the Brets but frankly, diplomacy in and around Bretonia has always been a little odd. I am sure the players will invent some way of getting around this. Shoot me yesterday, friend today, shoot me tomorrow and friend again next week. We see it all the time in that area of Sirius. Afterall, RP can be made to fit anything and frequently is.

We do deal from CCCP name to Cors, most of them was ECG.
But all scream that this is against the rules, legal cant deal with illegal.
Now we have this again.
Double standarts?
And we said that this was not union,to protect our or their force, this was nonagressive pact, anyway, this is was sanction for us.
Now i want sanction to King Charles.Becuase this is against the rules.
Pretty simple. Do not like it? Your choice. Shoot gallics as mollies, and shoot mollies as a gallic. This is just the factions RP, they cannot force Indies to follow it.

I agree. This "RP" NAP is pretty much BS, and opposite the RP set down for 4.86. Both my GRN indie, and myMolly Indie will continue shooting each other. As is my choice rule wise.

Exactly this. Let the "official" factions go against server RP, and just keep doing as you see fits your own RP, and shoot them. Sooner or later 1 side will realise the indie around the next planet may shoot them, or help them.
