Ever have a day where you feel really old?

You are officially old when you turn on one of the local classic rock stations in the car & hear things like Alice in Chains, Beastie Boys, The Cult, ect instead of things like the Beatles, Lynyrd Skynyrd, & the Doobie Brothers

Then consider me old cause thats all I listen to. Boston, Kansas, and grand funk concert coming here next month:D

On to topic, you're not getting old, just your body isnt used to it. I work full time at a strenuous job, yet when I do extra work....830-9 here I come!!!! Other days tho, 12-3 lmao

Ok to explain. Nice sunny day here with 20C temp. So a buddy and I grabbed our bikes to go for a ride(need to lose a few pounds) so we went to a little bicycle trail near by, and did 32KM ride. Went over to my 66year old aunts and walked dogs for an hour, then mowed her lawn which is huge and that took 1.5 hours. Now all i want to do is lay down and sleep.
So does that mean i am getting old? Or am i really that much out of shape?
