Following representations from Lord Wilberforce and friends and associates within the Bretonian government, the Agency has now adopted a policy dedicated to halting the slave trade within Bretonia and assisting in its disruption throughout Sirius.

Operatives are to scan all vessels they encounter and demand the release of slaves from any vessel found to be carrying them. Any vessel failing to comply is to be destroyed.

The Agency will also be handling the issuing of contracts against any vessel reported by third-parties as participating in or abetting the slave trade. We anticipate that bounties against slavers will increase dramatically in value. S/D agents will be given priority for these contracts and will also receive a large bonus for completion of any anti-slaver bounties.

A representative of the anti-slavery congress has generously donated a substantial sum to assist us in preparing for what promises to be a difficult but worthwhile task.

The Agency Handbook has been revised to include this change in policy.

Our application for Guild membership and affiliation has been processed. Registration application has been forwarded.

All fees for OPG bounties have been remitted. Our financial situation is as healthy as ever.

Fees for the licensing and orbital parking have been remitted to the QCRF headquarters on New London.

Two groups are now offering bounties against the OPG. However the group known as BH- has decided to offer the full 5 million per head to its members only and is paying a mere 2 million to outside operatives for "assists".

Until such time as they change their policy (which seems to indicate that they value our lives a little more cheaply than their own) we will not be assisting the BH- in any hunting. All S/D contracts will be closed to BH- tagged vessels until further notice.

Agents are advised that the initial contract against the OPG is open again and may commence hunting as and when they see fit.

Details:
Long range scanners showed targeted vessel The.Range.Rider was present in New York. Was getting a twenty on his position when [BH] tagged Battlecruiser arrived, causing target to flee. That cost a few million. Thought these ships were for the Omicrons?

Hacker operative System.Failure hacked our gunship's computer and caused damage to navigation and handling controls, and piped Kusari and Rheinland Opera into the cockpit. Guard program retaliated, disabling his on-board toilet facility. We were forced to initiate complete system re-boot. Moved to distance outside scanning range. Bumped into this creep near Newark and intercepted, disabling shields. Missile targeted his transmitter and disabled hacking ability. Advised him to behave more responsibly in future and allowed him to disengage. He must have done some damage to the eject function, which triggered on planet when we landed. Navigator suffered broken leg.

Picked up original target on scanners in California. Trade lane disrupted by pirates who opened fire without provocation and then tried to extort 1 million credit tax. When we recovered from laughter, Weaps powered up and we engaged, destroying falcata class bomber and causing damage to fighter. LR vessel requested surrender of Rogue pilot in hold in the middle of this engagement and, with courtesy and professionalism we shoudl note, observed that it would be unfair to join in. When Comms re-stated that we had no interest in this pointless combat, all hostilities ceased. Hearing of other ships suddenly improved.

Range.Rider last sighted en route to Leeds. More creeps costing me good money.
