Btw, I would just point out that you have missed several IMG bases off your list of ones being "administered" by the Council:

Freeport 4(IMG owned/controlled), Magellan system.
Java Station, Tau-23 system.
Freistadt Base, Omega 7.
Battleship Hood, Dublin.

You may have left those off for a reason, or they may have accidentally slipped you by. Either way, thought i'd point them out:)

I only skimmed it overall, but it does lookvery good so far. Thumbs up from me at the moment. I'll try and read it again in more detail in a short while.

Righty, so I can't get ingame much, but as a forum presence I whore this place...

And come late June I can run an ingame person until early September.

although we havent got anyone to take on running Freeport 4 i have stationed the Endeavour there temporarily as the Necrosis seems to be hanging around near the Magellan system and to make sure the no piracy within 5km rule is enforced but those duties will be moved onto the pilot who is willing to run Freeport 4

as for these two we have got people running them but they havent been seen in-space for a fair few weeks now

as for the Hood we have got a negotiator who volunteered to be stationed there as he gets on well with the UoG and would do well if we need to negotiate with them but again we havent seen him for a few weeks now

Why put the NovaPG on hostile? I don't believe we ever had any hostile interaction. I don't believe we've even met before. And there's no statement of it on the NPC info card either.

Since that means you won't tax us, you deserve a nice and warm place on our neutral list heh.

Still feel funny about putting those npc pirates on neutral, but your right: there is no evidence of hostility.

Edit: But first, I will have to wait what our PC blood dragons have to say to that issue.

Edit2: Sov, just get on our forums and participate in working out our current time-tables and events. (We are looking forward to sart rallies, mining events, convoy events with one of our enemies, exploring stuff, raids and so on;)) Just struggling to get them all on skype right now

Very happy to see this Von. We run into a lot of IMG-tagged ships, and at least half think we (HGL) are hostile to them. Some of them realize we're friendly, though.

I notice you have "Gateway" on your NPC diplomacy list and "Gateway" on your player faction list. While we're still waiting for approval, the player faction is Highland-Gateway, Ltd (HGL), at least for now. I just want to make sure that's us you have in mind on the player faction list. :)

HGL shares IMG's perspective on the Bretonia-Kusari war, though perhaps for slightly different reasons. I'm glad to see we're on the same page there.

I listed many factions that haven't been approved yet (Gateway and BU among others) but where we are sure that they earned official acknowledgment.

Reading some rumors on Cardiff, our relation is supposed to be much deeper than just "friendly". I'm looking forward for negotiating an alliance after I found some time to review your proposal and got green light from the High Council.

However, feel free to ask for help if you have some trubble and we will gladly give you a hand. :)
