I don't see anywhere where it says they can't escort traders or take bounties.
Thus, they can escort, take bounties, shoot their enemas, pirate outside of Kusari.........pretty much the same as other pirating factions just with a different ZoI.
No piracy, no escorting, no bounties, ... they can shoot stuff that's hostile to them and arr-pee with the rest that's about it
As a Hogosha player you can do a lot when you want to. Smuggling for example, escorting Traders for a little fee, only in Bretonia, and maybe in Gallia?, the Hogosha are not really welcome. I`ve seen a few Hogs in New Berlin in Trading ships. Also pewing a lot of peeps. Piracy in independant systems. As i said. When you want to, you can do alot with the Hogosha ID. Also what Daedric said.

Engagement privs have to be given. Piracy and escorting and bounty hunting are engagement privileges. If they aren't assigned, you dont have them.

All IDs enumerate the engagment privs. Go look.
You're wrong.
As long as an ID doesn't specifically say you cannot take bounty contracts, you can.
I set this board up for the official Corsair factions, their ID doesn't say if they can or cannot take bounty contracts. When they pointed this out to me, I asked the admins about it. Admins said they can take the bounty contract because their ID doesn't say they cannot.
Corsairs are warriors for the empire. They dont work for Zoners. They kill who they want, and they do it for free.
This is like with House Navy ships, they kill people for free and are prohibited from taking bounties (its not prohibited by the ID either, the absence of permission is the prohibition).
