Promotions should be decided by council/high officer, dont you really expect someone to complete 20 escort runs to gain that promotion? Also money could be handed as a bonus for getting promotion, not the other way around. Although to get that promotion, perhaps you would have to do a lot of trading or so.

Pirates are welcome to shoot any trader using Sigma 13 -> Berlin jump hole. We actually encourage that.

Although you can trade everywhere carrying H-Fuel/Plutonium etc, you need to list your specific Zones of Influence. So, the Sigmas and Omicrons, really. Best to specify it though. But overall the proposal looks really good!

In this post I will discuss to the community of our ranking requirements.

Convoying
Yes, every member of the guild will be asked to perform convoys. Now convoying counts as one transport and one fighter bringing resources from one planet/station to the other. A convoy count is per route not per cycle. For our higher requirements there are complaints that the requirements for convoying is just to high. With this I do not agree. Known status in the Economic Department such as "Senior Guild Member" is not a status gained over a single week, but a period of months. If current members can go around just doing simple convoys moving up in the ranks then newcomers can do the same in my opinion.

Donations
How in the world can you force someone to donate? Its not a donation if your making someone pay. Donating is optional for those that would like to show their dedication in the growing guild. Putting more credits into the guild bank for new recruits and other GMG interest earns you the right to move up from that status or increase your chances of promotion. The donation limit is set at a certain limit not how much someone has to throw out of their hard work. I've decreased these limits to balance the departments.

Not even Kishiro will like that, and I suspect the KNF will not like it at all. I suggest that you exempt at least Kishiro-tagged vessels from the restriction on military vehicles.

I had the pleasure to escort the CEO last night. The RP, the background and specific knowledges are excellent. GMG seem to add complexity to the Kusarian politic which is good for the atmosphere.
The proposition is well written, the organization and promotion a bit complex but demonstrate a deep thinking.

How is the relation with KSP and KNF ? I guess GMG need special agreement to allow all members of Kusarian factions "to "keep the face" remaining neutral except with Kishiro Industry. Control of Sigma13/19 will bring a lot of conflict, it might be hard to maintain your diplomatic position.
