First of all, what ships do you have available to you? If you have a trader, it could be a good start, for hiring some noob escorts, then coordinating with the local pirates, to create a RP encounter.

I have any ship available to liberty for them, So I might get some in patriots and one in a defender, or just give them a BH or Civvie LF or Hf, as that will allow them to go elsewhere after, so they can Explore without breaking RP

The oorp in Newyork is just simply amazing. Not only that the roleplay alive in the system is beyond annoying in my opinion. My ship was halted at the tradelanes for nearly 10 minutes because LPI calls H-fuel contraband? I do everything I can just from going near the system.

all in all the conclusion is that disco doesn't need antagonist factions, it doesn't need phantoms, it doesn't need nomads, it doesn't need coalition and it doesn't need many other things, no AIs, the game is hijacked by morons to confuse the game with their dickwaving generic competition games mixed up with troll-of-the-day.

One thing is because of the 110+ people on the server usually it gets hard to private message people...
If you click on an NPC on their hud target bar they have a "Hail Command" which tells you about their patrol. Why not add a player Hail to the hud that when clicked engages privite with the person?
It would make the Police's and Pirates job alot easier...
