You probably don't get it, our station wasn't built as Freeport and never will work as this, due physical planning of base and diplomatic reasons.

Although, I looked at your "business card", it's doesn't explain anything, what we need to know. You want help us with regular shipments of basic commodities? But your ship won't fit in this role, due little size. A explorer or perhaps, scientist? Explain us who you are. Also, we would like to see the evidence of your relationship towards Bounty Hunters Guild and the Order.

Greetings Phoenix managers,

I was send on a mission to explore the nomad systems and retrieve some lost items from a gallic fleet. While I'm on this mission I need a base to repair my ship and get my crew to rest. Currently I'm operating form Primus (kappa system), since there is no closer port where I may dock.

It would be very usefull for me to be able to dock at your base, so travel distances are lots smaller. In return I will defend your base from the creatures that try to destroy all we care about. I can also bring back some remains from the creatures crossing my path (in return for a reasonable price if you'r interested).

Today I already saved a barge heading to your station, that was being attacked by a nomad battleship.

If there are other things I can help you with, name them. Who knows, if I like my objectives I might just stay and never return to Gallia...

In reply to increasingly nomadic activity in this sector, O'Rhu cell is requesting docking permission to Phoenix Spaceport and access to its facilities for purposes of resupplying and repairing combat vessels as well as offering safe heaven for its logistic units , during time of crisis.

Your emplacement provides great tactical advantage as it ensures a safe location where repairs can be undertaken in the near vicinity of the current war-zone. No combat vessels of any sort will be stationed on your docking bays to avoid any kind of illegitimacy or overcrowding.

Moreover, once docking permits are granted, our logistic units can supply cargoes of Hull segments and Robotic hardware to your facility.

Furthermore you will find that O'Rhu strives also for a safer space and tries to rebuild what has been lost - thus every bit of help is more than welcome.

Last but not least, once docking rights permitted, your emplacement will fall under O'Rhu regulation concerning allied space, granting us possibility to intervene in case of armed assault onto the facility itself.
