I think if you frag a handful of Corsair and Outcasts, that will lower the reps on their allies as well, and make it much easier to lower a lot of reps quickly.
In any case, I sympathize. It took me 3 additional hours of flying around Sirius losing 3 separate tags before I finally got the Order Guard one. That one seems to be particularly hard to acquire if any other reps are maxed out.

Gah... I took missions, flew out to the waypoint, then fled. That lowers both the Corsair's and their allies's reps.

Stupid Xenos... I had to fail missions for them if I didn't want to raise EVERYONE else's rep with me... now I just need to blow up a few Zoner ships, drop some IMG missions, and figure out how on earth I am supposed to lower my Order rep.

Blow up Order ships or get someone in a group who is on a good standing with the Order and have them quit the mission so it effects you too.
