4.00 phoenixes are not bad. Average.
i prefer however to if get what codes are designed to do. hit hard.
therefor the heimballs are my choice for hard hitting shots even though its 2.00.

if you want something faster then solaris is your best bet. But keep in mind that you need to keep on hitting your target when you have faster guns but if you have slow guns you can hit your target less times per minutes but with greater damage per shot.

I always preferred debilitators mostly on my fighters, then hitting the hull with a Mini Razor, and finishing off the hull with normal guns.
