Hmm. Docked on Malta? I highly suggest to stick to Primus/Gammu. Malta doesn't make it a safe heaven for your character. Neither do they as well, but at least Primus and Gammu were "home" for many nomad characters. Hang around in Siniestre cloud or in Omicron Beta, but sitting right at Malta's orbit - no, we aren't exactly allies and relationship is far more complicated.
but you see, the fact that your char is limited in interaction is .... your business ... not the other ones. the other ones haven t chosen to play a char that has those speech impediments. it is your duty to make yourself clear in RP, cause it was you that chose that char.
the others are playing outcasts in that case and can RP to consider you hostile untill the contrary is proven. - it may be hard, but isn t that a part why you chose to play a nomad? ( unless you just like the fancy blue colour of the ship ) - its a challenge, but that also means that its not easy. - in any way, others cannot really be blamed for it. - cause they act according to their nature / role.
Alright....I can see you getting mad when you were killed every time you un-docked. What I see is only a certain branch of outcasts like nomads aka "Sisterhood of light." Well...Visas isn't there to protect you when your out on your own, But! I really don't see the point in killing someone over, and over as they un-dock...

First off, my intentions have been explained in O-Alpha to every outcast i have come in contact with. the RP of a nomad is very very difficult, the background is limited at best. The best i have to go on for how to speak is a few stories that have been written. The RP part of this char is a work in progress and with him shooting at me every time i undock it makes it a little difficult to comunicate while i am getting kicked for base idleing.
Second, he is the only outcast that has shot me, everyone else calls me a "holy spirit". So why is his char different from the other outcasts? If his basic beliefs are different from all the other outcasts doesnt that make him...something else? If he is threatening to kill all who are in the "sisters of the light" (who are all outcasts) doesnt that make him oorp?
Third, hanging around anywhere will get me shot. I am not able to be allied with anyone, nomads, wild, everyone is hostile. Coming across the outcasts who are at least SOMEWHAT docile to the nomads not only gives me somewhere to "hang" but also allows me to not have to constantly dodge NPC and player chars while im trying to eat a nice ham sandwhich.

You "engaged" me three times. not to mention gave another outcast "premission" to attack us and he chased us down as we tried to cruise.
Is there any third-party not participating in engagement could explain what exactly happened there? Getting lost pretty quickly with conflicting statements here. Some form of transcript and time line of events would be helpful.

perhaps you should get the rp sorted, before you start docking on a base which you are not allowed at?

The other outcasts were unsure of what to do, as soon as I said they could attack you they did. Nomads may be 'holy' but they still want to kill every human alive, including outcasts. If a cult is going to bring an infestation to our home planet, we must remove the cult. plain and simple.

Originally Tenacity told me that i could come to o-alpha, that the outcasts would not attack me. That we were "holy spirits".
If you would do a little research, try reading the keepers faction post, we are supposed to avoid pvp, we are supposed to only attack on the defensive. I never opened fire on you or any other outcast. how is that trying to "kill every human alive".
Not to mention the one time i did try and cruise the other outcast chased me down, i didnt break any server rules.
