Loss of Zoner crew during Freeport 11 incident is not something to be proud of but Fearless-class captain's bloodlust stained his hands in blood of his own people. You could had hand over those remains and continue your nomad killing spree in peace and with further assistance from The Order.

You must seperate who is a Zoner and who is a Order agent, has also who is a Corsair and who is a Bounty Hunter and who is an Outcast and so on and so on!

I don't know what you expect the 141 will do to us. We already deal with then in pass time, and we even help then building a modular base, transporting goods in one of our transport ship. But if you are expecting something agressive action from the 141, it means that just because one Zoner ship is not your servant, that means it should be punished?! Is that the Order way this days?

Your ship has been attacked for violating one of highest importance Order directive currently in operation. Should your ship co-operate, there would be nothing to complain about. Simple as that, Zoner papers gives you some privileges as our allies but not total immunity when you turn against what The Order stands for.

Our ship was not atacked because of our captain ignorance, but for the arrogance of your pilots, that instead been playing around Freeport 11 and mainly on his bar, should be doing their jobs. Now the Viriato was attacked, has image shows, less than 5ks from the Freeport, and we could even claim that was a NFZ infringement, but we even don't know who is the new administrator after Marvin left!

Let's make a deal shall we? The Viriato is deployed on other place, but your ships, will constant patrol the route Freeport 11 to Omcron 74 jumphole on Omicron Kappa. Deal? You do that and ships like the Viriato, will not carry any Nomad remains, because don't need to make that patrol. You fail to do that, and the Viriato and other ships have to return, and do the job that you are not doing. Deal?

Just to say that in less than 2 weeks several fighters and gunboats were destroyed by the Viriato, including one non ace bomber and gunboat, that the Viriato follow from Delta to Theta and then again to Delta, and because of our laws, only after they started attacking only then Viriato opened fire. On Theta even two capital ships with ZA tags were there. And that only on its third day of commission.

Until Zoners cease to provide ALL aid to Core, who reside in Omicron Delta - this system will never be completely safe for Zoner ships. You can kill as many Nomads you want... but do not smuggle their remains out. You can destroy them, keep said limit of 10 allowed units of fighter remains or deliver to nearest Order patrol.

If you disobey this, we will end you. Another Zoner will claim your place which will be made void after your departure. Hopefuly this Zoner will have more knowledge about Omicron politics. All major Zoner factions: Phoenix, OSI, TAZ, ZHR and CoF are following by the very FEW restrictions we place upon you.

Admiral Golanski you are saying that Zoners help the Core?!! Please can you confirm that? Did you complain to the TAZ and OSI?!! And what kind of help Zoners ships are giving to the Core? Suplies?! Weapons?! Ships designs?! Please tell me!
There is a No fly Zone around the B Hunter base on Delta, and mainly a No FLy Zoner around the entire asteroid field, on where that base is located! So if there is any Zoner that is aiding the Core ... maybe you should talk to those groups that you mentioned, because they are the ones who have diplomatic power to reach the Core Command.

And is funny that you mentioned about WHY Delta is not safe, because that was the same reason of why the Core attacked us and Freeport 11. Will history repeat it self?!

Like i said before, does remains just mean that on one patrol those were killed. And if they were killed by our ship, that means that your agents should be on patrol, insted passing their time on the bar of FP11.

You make proper patrols, and ships like the Viriato would be on docks, and only get out in case of emergency. Simple. Less bar more patrol on space.

Let me summarize it in, I hope, simple to understand way.

1. Your ship can fly around Omicron Delta whenever you want. I do not care.
   
2. ZONER ships cannot carry more than TEN (10) units of nomad fighter remains.
   
   

   Nomad remains in your cargohold > 10 = your ship will be targetted

3. Number of patrols given Core presence is sufficient: our ability to catch smugglers of Nomad remains proves it.
   
4. Should your ship stopped and handed over nomad remains, my patrol could spend more time killing more Nomads. Instead your Zoner decided to go into conflict with my ships, wasting his and mine agent's time.
   
5. Would it be that Core was unable to purchase supplies from Freeport 11, they would cease to exist.
   
6. Nomad smugglers are RISK to humanity through development of weapons of mass destruction basing on Nomad tech. This, among other reasons, caused us to put such measures in place.
   
7. More time I am trying to explain you source of the problem here, less time I have to actually kill Nomads. What is so hard to comprehend?

1 - For you to be respected you also must respect. And making threats to one outguned ship, that is your "ally" near on base that belongs to his factions, is not respect

2 - If Freeport 11 is supporting the Core, so why you don't speak to him and ASK, to not do so?

3 - I bet that not all Zoners have to obey to that "10 units" rule, because some even come to public and sale equipment that requires those remains! And if they aren't the ones who get it, so they encourage the smugglers to do it! Because if it dangerous to Humanity, i'm certain that isn't the Order who suplies many bases around Sirius!!

4 - Your ships when attacked our ship,weren't on patrol but around FP11, maybe after spending many time on the bar! You insulted my chief , among other things, of been violent and no diplomatic, but were your ships that were violent and not diplomatic. After been hit by a cruise disrupter, our ship stopped and IF your boys and girls were just a bit diplomatic, and ask the remains and not demanding with threats, i bet that our captain would deliver that remains, because they are no use to us.

5 - And to end all this for to go and do your job, and about FP11 ... i don't think that the Order his in conditions to defend FP11, if the Core decides to attack again. You weren't that time and you now are no stronger than before, but one thing is certain, if the Core makes a second war, i don't know how many Zoners will be there to defend it but i bet that they will not many! But talk to the administrator. I don't know his name, but i heard it was the OSI and the COF that who chose him.
