Born and raised on Planet Erie. I spent my years growing up working with my family hauling helium from the Hallam Nebula to Philadelphia Station, Pennsylvania. I had alot of time to dream about what my life would be like when I grew up and it was time for me to leave. I had always had a fascination with the Annapurna Mining Ship and had made it my personal goal to get one someday. My father always told me that I wouldn't have a future that didn't involve running hellium in Pennsylvania, but I was eager to prove him wrong.

Once I came of age 18. I had enough of that nebula. It was time for me to move on. and so I left that system behind, working my way across the sirius sector doing oddjobs here and there. Saving up what money I could until I could afford to purchase an Annapurna from the only place I knew. Alland Shipyards in the Omega 3 System. Which is where I call home now. I work as a support miner for any cargo ships that come to the system for Cobalt Ore mostly. It isn't the greatest job but it sure is interesting. Of course. The tips I receive from the Cargo Ship captains makes things much sweeter at the end of the day.

Maximillion was born into a Liberty Family living on planet Los Angeles. As he grew up he met all sorts of colourful characters, mostly traders making runs through the system, listening intently to all the stories they told him. When he was 20 he had saved up enough money, along with some help from the family to buy his own small freighter operating between Liberty and Bretonia. Eventually after doing trade runs through Bretonia he had heard that IMG were recruiting shipping captains. The idea of a group of miners and traders working together away from house rules and hypocrisy certainly sounded great to Max.

I believe IMG exists as a faction for people who wish to be free from corrupt main houses. It exists as a body which survives in the dangerous fringes of space with the hard work of the individuals who make up IMG, the miners who search for ores and make credits, the explorers who find said ores, the defense pilots who protect the other members and the traders who ship the ore. It is an extensive system of different people from all over Sirius working together to survive.

What can you contribute while inside the Guild ?
I think I can contribute significantly to the financial success of the IMG miners and defense pilots by successfully shipping the precious ore they mine and giving them a fair cut of the profits.

Which are your personal reasons for joining the Guild ? Also, which IMG Department would you like to be part of ?
I am looking to be part of large and successful trading operation of sirius, I have heard many great things about IMG and it would be an honour to be part of this. The corruption and hypocrisy of the main houses has also really frustrated me, getting away from all of that is also a massive bonus. I would like to be part of the transportation division.

Biography:

For the greatest part of his adult life Darryl was a mere cog in the capitalistic system that is Liberty. Being one of the millions of small-business owners, he ran an unremarkable antique-shop located in one of the districts of Manhattan. Antique books were his main business, but an odd rarity from Sol, from early days of colonization or from Sleeper ships themselves (all the mentioned being cheap forgeries most of the time, rather than the real thing) were also welcome additions to shop's stock.

Things were going smoothly and calmly for years, but an unfortunate combination of greed and false sense of security put an end to the untroubled period of life of Darryl. The offer to invest a rather large sum in an almost-legal deal involving harmless toys of rich collectively named 'artifacts' in exchange for almost 100% profitability was too good to refuse. It didn't appear to Darryl that it might also be too good an opportunity for his business partner to go conveniently missing with all his funds knowing well that Darryl can't turn to legal authorities due to the nature of the deal.

Left in deep debts with little chance to repay them, Darryl didn't wait till his shop gets shut down by debt collectors and did what most people would do in such situation: he gathered all the available money that wasn't technically his anymore, took a coulpe of most valuable items from his shop that wasn't his anymore as well and left the planet and then Liberty on his Rhino freighter.

The most valuable of his items - an excellent forgery of an antique issue of 'History of Sirius' - was sold to the captain of a ship of a passing IMG convoy. This fact, proving that guild members are financially situated quite well and allowing Darryl to change his old (and probably blacklisted in Liberty) Rhino to ex-state-of-art Drone freighter, was one of the reasons IMG was one of the first options that came to his mind when Darryl considered his future career.

How much different ore could possibly be from antiques?

What can you contribute while inside the Guild ? "While I am not all that much in the mining process itself, I can offer a decent contribution in providing the work infrastructure. I have some experience with transporting goods, that might come in handy."

Nothing dark and shady in my past, don't you worry, I'm just in need of a simple and calm life as a working man. Oh, and transportation division it is. Biography:

Roughly 27 Years ago, I saw the light of day on Planet Leeds. To be honest, this light was a rather dim and gloomy one, due to that ungodly smog there. My first memory is me sitting on the couch in that narrow living room, waving goodbye to my daddy. He was employed with BMM and thus left us for almost the enitre week, to return exhaustelty for the weekends. I guess that memory of mine must have been quite short before he left for one of his absences... his fate, was that of countless other employees of BMM. Beeing just a tiny cog in the huge machinery of that corporation, his earnings were quite humble. Although it was enough to keep our little families head over the water.

The idea of traveling the stars conveyed to me, when he and my uncle took me to a interstellar trip to the nearest asteroid field in one of the mining vessels. At the first glance out of that window on the obesevation lounge, I was stunned: What a marvelous sight! With my young eyes I glanced at the cosmic ballet seemingly just to be a stones throw away. What kind of working routine could render this environment ever to become dull?

To answer my unspoken question, my father then took the liberty to show me his workplace in the ship. It was down below in the cargo area, where parts of the mining machinery were stored - down in the belly of what seemed an dirt crusted, oil spilling monster, far away from the lights, the magic of the stars. Just as I was about to forget the glance of the stars, my daddy got me away from the cargo area.

Nevertheless, as soon as I got back to the more calm section of the ship, I was certain about what to do with my life. I wanted to be a part of the magic that was going on outside...

Back on the Planet I started to take school more serious: I now studied with the a clear goal before my eyes. I figured that I could get to see more of the stars and the lights with an activity area on a Spaceships bridge. This is why I kept focusing myself on astronomy and interstellar navigation. Upon my graduation from Leeds University with a degree in both subjects, I started applying as Navigator for several Independent vessels. Back then, the same like now, I really disliked the idea of working for a big faceless company.

About 3 Years ago I started working as Navigator on the "Fidelius", a Hegemon classed mining vessel.
Back then it was that I heard about the IMG for the first time. The capitan was friendly towards your Organisation. He started his career as Helium Miner, but eventually moved to the Omega 7 system. It turned out that he felt most comfortable there. Most of the time, he praised IMG most profusely.

Not long ago, he married a barmaid from Rheinland and retired. At his wedding he handed me big bunch of papers - he assigned me the ownership of the Fidelius.

Now I want to take that step that he never dared to do: write you and ask for official membership of your Guild.

Of course I could remain solo in that dusty system for all eternity, but that would not be not too much of a difference compared to Leeds, what do you think?

It is organised in wings to be independend from other authorities. They enforce the flow of trade to their self-employed members. Outcasts hate them

A Hegemon miner with a diligent crew with myself, a dyed-in-the-wool optimistic Capitan.

Which are your personal reasons for joining the Guild ? Also, which IMG Department would you like to be part of ?
My personal reason is that I know what I like, and I like what I do! Being outside and close to the stars. Flying a Spaceship. A quite big one. The reason why I want to join IMG is that I am the boss for my crew, that means I have to give them some work - not just idle flying around - and not to forget, I have to pay them! Also I like the idea of flying in an organised team, rather then alone.
I wish to be part of the Mining Department.

Biography:

Born on a ship in Bretonia space to fringe-dwelling, law-bending parents. Been kicking (and kicked) around the trade-lanes of Sirius for nearly forty years. Seen many things and done and been a few as well.

Recently I found myself in Pennsylvania in a rust-bucket CSV with less than 10Kcr to my name. Not good. So I did what I knew best and hauled freight non-stop. Well nearly non-stop I've flown a bomber on some strike missions to help out a few folks Including IMG.

Worked for a few Liberty companies, but everyone will slit your throat for a few coins and the shoes you were wearing. I wasn't very comfortable.

Next I leaned on my birth connection in Bretonia and lined up a job at Bowex, but it soon became clear that I would never be one of the 'chaps'. It showed in the job allocations and maintainance quality I recieved.

I was in Freeport 4 when I saw an old recruitment add for IMG. I decided that it couldn't hurt so I looked into it further and here I am.

The House as a political unit has shown itself to be very successful, for the people at the top. The IMG is unlike a House in that it's authority is horizontal not vertical. It exists for the welfare of all it's members not just an elite.

By banding together the forsaken people of Sirius have succeeded in producing not just another house, but a truly revolutionary new system of society that seeks to enrich from the bottom up, not trickle from the top down.

At least that is what I have seen so far.

What can you contribute while inside the Guild ? Myself, my time, my expertise and my ship.

I have learned a few things on the trade-lanes, although I freely admit I have more to learn. I know how to make a profit through personal effort and I am willing to share all my resources in order to better the IMG and it's members

Which are your personal reasons for joining the Guild ? Also, which IMG Department would you like to be part of ? As I have said above the IMG is different a sideways horizontal heirarchy rather than vertical.

A place where there are few orders and you follow orders of those who have earned their place through merit and give orders when you have earned that place. A place where "Each according to his needs and each according to his means" or something like that. A saying I may have heard many years ago and probably misremembered.

I want to give what I can and get what I need.

Transport initially, but I have dreams of packing up a long range gunship and heading off into the wilds, just to see what's there.

Biography:

Well I was born on New London but spent most of my childhood on Newark Station. Growing up in the shadow of my father, an executive in Interspace Commerce and my brother, an officer in the Bretonian Armed Forces was no easy task. To say a great deal was expected of me would be an understatement. I didn't have the business sense or the respect for authority to follow in either of their footsteps, I spent my time taking things apart, much to my parents displeasure, heheh.
So when my family moved back to New London as a teenager I devoted my studies to engineering and mechanics, my dad even gave me his old Arrow Interceptor when I was forteen. You can image what happened, a teenager with a fast ship and just enough know how to get it working. If memory serves I got grounded for an entire year and a police warning, once that year was up however I was racing at the Hood in Dublin, completely underage of course. Glad I did though, I was on board when Edison Trent raced Hovis obviously I had no clue that I'd just watched a bit of history in the making.

Anyway I graduated from the New London University of Engineering at the age of twenty two, worked in the Royal Navy Corp of Engineers for five years then opened up my own customising and detailing shop which was doing well until the big wigs in the government basically shut me down. Parts became incredibly rare all thanks to this stupid war, no parts no customers, no customers no cash. I cut my losses, withdrew what funds I had left and well, here I am.

I'm a skilled engineer with years of experience in all manner of ships both civilian and military. I'm also a decent fighter pilot, I can hold my own in a fight but I really shine when it comes to dodging asteroids at flatout speeds.

Which are your personal reasons for joining the Guild ? Also, which IMG Department would you like to be part of ?
Basically I want to escape the confines of war-torn Bretonia and put my skills to practical use once more.

As for the Dept, I would probably be more useful in Exploration or Paramilitary, where ever I could be most useful.
