@ 4.86 I hope the PVP Engine is better and I also hope the Eagle VHF is Rebalanced!! as 4.85 was a mess

I think it's already been said that cloaking will NOT be available to all ships. It will be given to official factions that qualify.. what those qualifications are, i do not know. All i remember is seeing somewhere someone said that it's for official factions.

Also, Black, the Eagle in .85 is just fine, I use it on a regular basis, one of the best VHFs available. The only thing you have to do to use an Eagle well, is learn to dodge mini-razors.
