Well, all four of my encounters with Aux in Liberty were 1-2 snubs sitting 20K above Manhattan talking in System chat. It's anecdotal, but it's all I've seen.

Well, all four of my encounters with Aux in Liberty were 1-2 snubs sitting 20K above Manhattan talking in System chat. It's anecdotal, but it's all I've seen.

Only a couple of times we went past Manhattan, otherwise, we manually flew around the system looking for people, we just didn't use the lanes. Not to mention one of the times people were having a meeting offplane.

At most the ranges were between 10 - 17k when we flew along the lanes to the side, so it's not really offplane. A lot of people use the system chat to say things, particularly in New York. I'm not quite seeing the issue, and I've seen people on the scanners fly by on the lane but didn't bother to drop out.

Or you know, we were avoiding the whole solaris gunboat thing, hence why we manually flew as during those times there was a mass of lawfuls online. Two snubs aren't going to do a lot in NY, nor can we attack first, it'll have to be in self defence, so no divide and conquer to rid of lawfuls before the gank comes, it's not within modus operandi, etcetra.
