I hate em because i know so damned many of them.. you dont even have a single discarded hair on your shirt and you your all FINAL NAIL.
With the amount of sheerly laughable bs ON THIS COMMUNITY ive read over the year this is by far the most harmless.
What is harmful is your sour ass attitudes and your rejection based on a false sence of continuity.
No faction leader worth thier salt would turn down any rp intensive charicter with a ***** ont he forums. These charicters lead legitimacy that thier rp firendly ..
but if you reject that on terms of form or flavor. thats your personal business..
just need to give you a little hint tho.
make you look real effin stupid.
Well that explains why your nomads and wildes were always such a nonsense. And i've been wondering for all these years why would anyone create such a retarded lore and then push hard to make it official. Now i know. You just lack common sense.

I'm afraid you may harm their fragile self image and sexuality when they see a glowing hamster on the screen?
I guess the Op needs to grow up or visit a shrink.
If the faction does not like your character/RP/personality/attitude/in-game behaviour they wont accept you period. It is up to them not up to you, hence you apply and they decide not other way around.
In reality if the server was 195/200 all the time like the good old days no self-respecting faction with established RP would accept half man half animal character. Now the standards are ridiculously low because there are no players that are willing to join.

No, sorry. Can't exactly see how that can tie in and they expect their character to synchronize with the factions direction.
Cool thought, not likely to happen. Why? Because as a faction leader, I don't want nomad infected stuff interfering with the core of the faction. The inrp repercussions are not desireable IE if one is infected, they the navy/lsf would think we're all infected etc.
...
It's my right as a leader to decide what sort of crap my faction is filled with.
One question Altejago... how would you KNOW that particular character is infested? DSE is not The Order or LSF and even in my group, you're permitted to become Nomad scoundrel under circumstance it stays low at the very bottom of the pyramid - otherwise it gets executed upon discovery. Through I have to agree that denying people that would ruin/twist faction's lore (in a sense of Gaians starting to drop toxic waste on Gaia) is the right thing to do.

I never had such a problem because I gave, give and will continue to give an infinitely small number of buggers about member RP flavoring. barring idiocy such as an alien or whatnot. I'm happy enough to have any fine people onboard.
Issues appear when there's multifactioning that includes enemies or (actually worse) competitors for manpower.
It might not be solely the faction leaders' decision to say no to you SMI. But you should accept it when the general decision in the faction in question would be a 'no'.
You would not have fun in there anyways.
It is probably the same thing when someone wants to play a proper human in furry communities, and if it is an universe set up for furries only.
I'd not feel comfortable with a talking dog in my real life. My char would not feel okay with a talking dog in Sirius. My char would also not feel comfortable in RP with a furry, unless it is forced on me with a lore that says, 'furries are ok'. No, right now, they are not. You're alien, and you have to make up ridiculous things that have no prior backing to make it fit to the universe I am in. And I don't have to accept your attempts to alter my universe in such ways.
It is not right to wish people to accept something that's simply NOT RIGHT in the scene we RP at. Refer to Haste's example.
Meanwhile, you're free to play and have fun with people who can accept such things.
But, you should try to get SRP ID for such a character for everyone to agree to it. Preferably with the line added in the SRP post:
-May be a furry.
Talking dogs wouldn't be so bad. I do firmly believe I'd be able to conduct a more intelligent conversation with my own dog (And actually do, regardless the language differences) than with many people I've met.
Also, srsly. Furries? Again?
The more attention you pay them, the more they crave it.
