Isaac had arrived via one of the various shuttles that ran between Nichols Trade Center and Las Palmas. It has been some time since Isaac had been on solid ground. As he walked towards the Entrance to the bar his mind was buzzing with the various rumors flying around recent events within OSI

Isaac entered the main portion of the bar and walked towards the bar to place his drink order before he made his way up to the Lounge, finding David seated in in the back Isaac went over and smiled warmly while holding out his hand. "David Starr, yes? I don't believe we have met in person before."

Starr was starting his second whiskey when someone came up the stairs. He recognized the young man from the company comms. Nemo, the newest advisor. His dedication as a transport captain and his way with numbers would be invaluable in the months to come. The man approached the table, offered his hand with a smile:

"David Starr, yes? I don't believe we have met in person before."

David shook his hand, saying:

"Señor Nemo, we finally meet. Please, take a seat. I see you already grabbed a drink, but, if you need anything, just ask Sam there... Well, let's drink while we wait for the others, shall we?"

David raised his hand with the whiskey cup, as if doing a toast, but not saying anything. Then he drank all the whiskey at once, hitting the table hard with the empty glass...

"Ahhh!!... Sam! Another one, please!" - and turning back to Nemo, with a smile - "I need some more scotch before this meeting starts!"

"Ah, its going to be a rough meeting then, luckly I placed my order before I came upstairs." Isaac took a seat at the table as another scotch arrived for David and a drink in a tall glass with an umbrella arrived for Issac. He smiled before taking a large gulp of the drink."Its called a long island ice tea, I'm rather fond of them."

"Tea?! Well, I myself never touched the stuff, but those professors in Cambridge used to be adicted to the thing. I made a few credits before joining OSI by hauling it from Curaçao..." - takes a sip of the whiskey - "But I hear the beverage is a fling between Zoners now... The omicron freeports pay more for the stuff than they pay for gold! Freeport 'economics' is a funny thing indeed..."

Marie Nemesis, Director of Operations for OSI

The Conference-class Gunboat shook slightly as it decelerated to subsonic speeds above Las Palmas. The craft banked to the side and began descending towards the OSI landing pads, landing smoothly on the ground.

Marie Nemesis got off the ship, nodding to the pilot as she did so, and strolled casually in the direction of the Trade'n'Drunk.

As she entered the bar, she headed straight for the VIP lounge, showing her ID to Bob, the guard at the door. Marie started climbing the stairs, running the possible outcomes of this meeting in her head; there had been quite a few rumors within the company recently, and due to the massive distance involved, it had proven difficult to verify them from Freeport 14. Today, she hoped that she'd get some answers.

Finally reaching the top, she recognized her fellow director, David Starr, sitting at a table at the back of the room, chatting with someone who she did not recognize, as she only had a view of his back at the moment. Moving forward, she recognized him as Isaac Nemo, the new advisor.

She walked up to them, and offered one of her cold, hard smiles.

"Bonjour, messieurs. Comment allez-vous?"

Isaac cocked an eyebrow at Marie as she spoke"Uh, I don't speak gallic, but I'm glad you arrived safely." Isaac motioned to a seat near to him and David."Come sit down I'm sure you had quite a trip from the other side of the sector."

Trudging into the Trade n Drunk, Voncloud cricks his neck before going to the bar still in his flight suit, though over the top he wore a sheepskin duster coat. Even now people would notice the fact he wasn't human but it didn't bother him in the slightest. Ordering himself a nice cold bottle of Cider before walking up towards the VIP lounge, nodding to bob the bouncer as he heads in.

It hadn't occurred to him there would at least be one person on the board who hadn't met him in person, it made him grin inwardly to see the reaction to the fact he was a walking talking fox. He approaches the table a thick Bretonian esc accent.

"Gentlemen"

Starr was talking to Nemo, when he saw a pretty lady approaching their table. She said some incomprehensible greeting in gallic. Nemo finds it strange, offering her a seat. Starr says:

"Well, hello there, Señorita Nemesis. How is our old Headquarter doing? And you? I hope all is well... Yes, yes, take a seat, please."

At that moment Starr saw Voncloud coming up the stairs. The OSI Security Director and former CEO - twice - was his oldest friend still working on the company.

"Gentlemen..."

Starr stands up to greet his friend. He offers his hand, with a big smile on his face.

"Jerard, you old fox!! Long time no see, ahn? I sometimes see you on long range scanners, but it has been too long since we sat down together to talk and drink. Please, have a sit here next to Nemo... Do you want to drink something?? Sam!"

Sam was already approaching, with another whiskey.

"Your whiskey, Mr. Starr... Another tea, Mr. Nemo? Mademoiselle Nemesis, Mr. Voncloud, do you want to order something?"

Isaac glanced down at his mostly full drink."Yes, keep them coming." Isaac laughed as he continued to sip on his drink.

After watching the comings and goings from a corner an unshaven but cleanly dressed man approached the stairs to the VIP lounge "Well considering I have just returned and berthed OSI-Explorer, eh bien, je ferais mieux d'aller à l'étage et voir ce don't tous le monde parle." thought Tunicle, musing that he still often drifted into thinking in Gallic after a little alcohol.
