" I did buy some ingredients a few days ago, so I could actually cook something for you.... but that would take an hour or two, in case you'd like something much more refined..." He replies, Domi seems quite enthusiastic about cooking for her. " I could make you some duck confit, but that would take some time." Then, yet again something comes to his mind. " Or, some Croissants? That's quite light, and I have a recipe that can be done quite quickly...." He grins, and waves to the bartender, to show his intention of paying.
"Well it's really up to you. I've got a lot of time now" Luci looks into his eyes and thinks about Croissants "I wouldn't mind your Croissants nor anything else. I just wonder how good you are in the kitchen" She giggles and finishes her drink.
" Then, croissants it is." He replies, and as the bartender approaches, he pay the bill. " Follow me, dear lady." He takes her hands, and they leave the bar. After walking through a few corners, they get to one of the apartments on the station. He opens the door, and they enter the apartment. " Sorry for the mess, I did not expect any guests."
Strangely, the rooms were clean. Everything was in order. Apart from one thing. There were post-it notes all over the place. On the fridge, on the tables, everywhere. Upon entering, he picks one up, and writes on it: "Lucia Nielsen BHG Core GM. You know her." Then, he places the note on a small board, next to some other notes.
" A bad habit. You see, I've lost my memories multiple times. And, once I've lost my datapad, with all of the logs, and notes on it. The only thing that remained was a small post it note, with some basic informations about myself. It did not include my name" he laughs. " Since then, I write down almost everything." he sighs, and opens a cupboard, and takes a white apron from it. " Make yourself at home." He grins, and heads to the kitchen.
"Alright, Croissant" Luci gigles slightly and follows him when he took her hands and led her to his apartment. "Well it looks fine... Your... Mess" She giggles again and looks around, but she thinks it's normal. Well you've got a great collection of notes and memories. I'm sure you will not forget anything" She smiles and reads some of his notes on the board.
" I'm not going to forget anything, you say? I forgot most of my memories two weeks ago. Luckily I had my notes, and stuff." He says as he puts the apron on, then glances at her. " Hey, some of them are private ones!" He says, and grabs her shoulders, and turns her around, and looks into her eyes. He ends up blushing a bit, so he turns around and heads for the kitchen.
"Well with your notes you shouldn't." Luci smiles while she's reading some of his notes. Then he grabs her shoulders, turns her around and looks in her eyes blushin a bit. "Well I would say you forgot one and probably the most important note" She says calmly and writes something. Then she gives him her note. I'm Dominique, friends call me Domi.
" Hehehe.... Yeah. That probably is something I should've written down it the first place." He smiles at her, takes her hand, and leads her to the kitchen. " Would you like to watch me work, or would you rather browse through my memories?" He asks in a cheeky tone, then he notices a note on the fridge. He takes it off, as fast as lightning, and puts it in his pocket.
"I would like to watch you, if you don't mind. I think browsing through your memories without you doesn't sound as a good idea, Domi" She smiles as he takes her hand and notices his fast hand taking one of his notes. "Something I shouldn't know, hm?" She knows it is something important for him, but she tries not to look like a curious woman.
" Watch and learn Luci" he smiles at her, and starts searching for the ingredients in multiple cupboards, then placing them on the table. " You would surely like to know what's on that note." He adds, and starts mixing some ingredients, but with a routine that one could think that he is a professional chef. The note is easily accessible, as it is in the pocket of his shirt.
"Hmmm show me your knowledge" Luci watches him with impressed face. "Who knows... I can't deny it. Her curiosity is a bit bigger, but still she's hiding it well.
