Can we buffs a contraband other than cardi? Cardi is so typical and doesn't really need buffs.
Also, make more buffs that go through kusari, that'd be great (such as pscrap )

I'm going to be putting in at least one unlawful commodity in with each round (Blood-Diamonds, Slaves, Software, Synth Weed, etc.) Premium Scrap honestly isn't something large on the 'buff' list as it's already pretty saturated with players as it is. Perhaps in the distant future, although other commodities are taking priority right now. As always, the tables I write up will try to encompass both lawful and unlawful sellpoints in each house. (Of course the price between the two might be a little different depending on the commodity)
It's a concept that's still growing.

According to Impy, Helium has never been buffed

and I'd love to see something like Black Market Munitions or even NOX get buffed, simply to see more people flying them.
