Beeing friendly with them means you're "not-that-friendly" with us.
Good point, but isn't it odd then that IMG gunboats are allowed, we all know some rather unlawful people use them.

Take it like that, Every one in Liberty ship is working for Liberty? Everyone in civilian ship have affilation to Zoners? And so on... Anyone using anything from Rheinland is "Minion of Rheinland"... Are you serious?
One thing is Warship...you cant possibly get RH GB, when you are not friend of Rheinland, so that natural to ban theese, no matter what ID they have, but shouting and shooting on traders and people who have Rheinland ship (small -up to freightner) or transport... I dont know. Its like shooting on German guy in USA cause you have suspicions that his grandpa fought in WW2 and he may be nazi with secret mission to kill policemans in NY. Or no...that more like... Someone wears jacket made in Germany, so he is surely enemy.
on one hand I understand, being cautionous is always good, on the other I think its little stupid.
I buy things I don't want to make an impression on people I don't like.
How many mercs etc. do [RM] allow to have fighters? None. JG were about to lose their neutrality with Rheinland unless they stopped using Rheinland Snubs, showing that if you are to have one, you must be either a great friend with Rheinland, a spy, or a runaway.

See our point?
Well that about allowance to have fighters doesnt really work, for some reason *cough*
But then, forget this one point, theres still that fact about transports and freightners ( I dont mean bombers, but the small cargo ships ). SO of the Navy infact apply that "bann" on anything sold in Rheinland, not only military ships.

No Rheinland Military ship is "for sale" to non-military personnel; not the Rheinland Bomber, not the Wrath, not the Valkyrie and certainly not the capital ships. Those ships are assigned to military personnel by the government and the Libertonian authority is aware of that. So, if you are flying one of Rheinland's military grade ships, it's only natural for them to take you for someone associated with the Rheinland government. As in directly working for their military. If you have one of those ships and it isn't tagged and IDed RM, then something is very wrong. Same goes the other way around.
The Libertonians having exceptions about Humpbacks and Behemoths (Advanced Trains?) or Rheinlanders having exceptions about Mammoths (Whales?) is a bit of an overreaction unless these ships are actively breaching the embargo between the Houses. Since these transports are civilian ships, they have been sold indiscriminately throughout Sirius and it's nothing like a stretch to imagine a legit law abiding Libertonian flying a Behemoth or a Rheinlander in a Mammoth.
(though I must admit my RM character is seriously disturbed by the Libertonian design of the Mammoth).

Im not using any RH ships personally, Im little offensive, cos I saw Navy people (Indies, but still) shooting people in Behemonth three times during last 2 weeks, and I find that rather stupid and disturbing. Sorry.

There are two possibilities:
Those ships were fired upon by the Libertonian authorities because they were Rheinlander built ships. That would be "questionable".
Those ships were fired upon by the Libertonian authorities because they were involved in some illegal activity (smuggling, disregard for the embargo between Liberty and Rheinland etc). The fact that the ship is of Rheinlander origin would be a coincidence then.
I'd say it would be quite sound for a Xeno to fire upon a Behemoth regardless of the pilot and cargo. If it was a Rheinlander pilot, the Xenos would want them out. If it was a Libertonian pilot, the Xenos would punish him for buying an import instead of the national variety. Anyway, the Liberty Navy is yet to acquire terrorist status, so the people involved should be careful.
The direction NY is going(not liberty as they seldom leave NY) pretty soon you will need stop at all JG/JH for the Police/navy. Submit to a body cavity exam.Pay them 100mil to enter.Buy a liberty ship(not military ofcourse) drop off your O2(as all other cargo will be contraband) leave without a cargo as to not steal any liberty secret's. Submit to another body cavity. Pay another 100 mil to pass, and be on your way.
Can i have a show of hand's? How many agree?
NY is becoming the biggest police state in known existance. Every one is an admiral, and they all go looking for a reason to PVP. If they cannot find 1 they RP 1. If they cannot RP 1 they make some new rule's to get 1.
Cavity searches?! This is the final evidence the Libertonians have been dominated by the Nomads. The mighty Kriegsmarine will cleanse Sirius from the heathens! Fur den Gottkanzler! Ein Volk! Ein Rheinland!

Everyone else is there.
